Rules of the thread.

Ok dude, your little takeover and landing is illegal. You are supposed to wait 24 hours for the owner to answer, witch you did not.

Want me to file an IR, or will you just pull back that pitty stuff of yours?

Certainly there should be some contact of the planets owner, out of courtesy if nothing else. I did notice however that there has been no RP here for over a month, making a claim to the world in question open to debate. Could you guys work something out without this becoming a problem? I see a great opportunity for an RP arc here....[/color:3n52q78x]

Sorry mate, I do agree I was a bit harsh, and I just came back from my thinking cap cig to answer this claim of abandonment witch was done in 20 minutes in a better manner.

Now. I dont like IR-s, but most surely dislike forces landing in 20 minutes without any word to the owner.

I also agree, that I have not posted anything in the TG, witch will chainge momentarely. I have not had time for it, to say the truth, but I see it needs such at the moment.

And as for no RP on the planet... sorry, All the RPers on the planet were away on a mission witch ended a couple of days ago (capturing wanderer, witch was a success) and my IRL has been busy to return.

And monitor on Kaine, at least NOW councillors dont ignore me, YAY!

Also, I would love to see the patent to those ships mate.

John, perhaps now is not the time to fool around with the PI.

Sometimes groups hold unto planets too long, that is true. Perhaps it is for the mineral source in the future.

If you're trying to take over a world, you're attacking its government, ie: the Phoenix Imperium in this case... So yes, you were attacking us... You were threatening our territory... Both I and Atia have been busy, too busy to keep up regular RP on these two planets, but that doesn't excuse the fact you didn't follow the rules for invasion and abandonment claims... I can not see a reason to put a price on Johns head, he has apologized in attempting to take the planet that looked abandoned. Remember, it is hard to follow all the rules, and give a fellow a chance you know.

Could you do a favor and drop the hunt for him?

Huh ... just because it is John, I believe. Why so contrary, did he attack or just invade an abandoned world? Errors happen you know.

It has nothing to do with the person responsible... He invaded two worlds, met heavy resistance and fled with his tail tucked between his legs... What kind of faction would we be if we let him off the hook? That's not what we do

as my rather harsh friend here states, Actions have consequences. I Dont even know who John is... I care, as I care for my fellow player (although sometimes I might not sound like that LOL) but this matter is pure IC. We have a sith lord (yami) and a sith lord/Nightsister yellow she-dog (Darth Anonymous/Atia) from the same faction. If the said faction would not retaliate, it would look like they are scared too, and everyone can just bully them. And the PI is not to be bullyed.

As for Juvex... IC reasons. Atia believes it to be more her birth planet then Ryloth. She was given government over it long time ago by a person that was special to her, and she is a sick twisted individual and loves the place. I use it for the moment as home base for fleet and troops and whatnot, and Yes, as I stpoke before, I have not posted on it as all resident RPers were out on IC missions, and we were on our way back...

I never needed planets for Resources or money... (I am lucky like that LOL Matar pays for all :D ) Its more IC reasons.

Hope you understand... and yes, there will be a Hunt for the Fel empire. Atia likes hunts... And it will be hard for the Fel Empire, but it can be fun RP mate... small force against the large Imperium... I think I saw it in some movie somewhere... I liked it
