[quote="Jace Stealer":21lclrix][narration:21lclrix]The captain returned to his ship, telling the citizens that they had the green light to go about the planet. They filed out into the streets, conducting their business that they had come to take care of. Meanwhile, amongst the crowds, the agents scattered out and began getting hotel rooms to start the surveillance.

Back at the ship, the captain sat in his chair and waited for the five days to be over. Hopefully, he would be in and out to head back to Coruscant in no-time.[/narration:21lclrix][/quote:21lclrix]

[narration:21lclrix]Months had passed, and the mind wipe that had been forced on him before, mixed with anxiety, hunger, and several other factors that had taken their hold on him, finally caught up with the captain. He expired in his cockpit, eyes rolled into the back of his head.[/narration:21lclrix]

*The Fury-Class Interceptor breaks through the cloud cover to hover over a landing pad before it sets down amidst the whoosh of hydraulics and pneumatics. The crew lowers the ramp, a quartet of guards in red uniforms with red armor take their places at the bottom of the ramp. Sinistra appears after a few moments, her eyes peering out of her deep hood as she nods to the guards and they begin their walk to the palace a short distance away.*

*The Nikto-owned Starlight light freighter descends quickly through the atmosphere of Eriadu to settle into a free landing pad. Moments after the engines had died down, four figures emerge from the craft. Moving quickly and with purpose they make their way through the city towards the estate of the local authorities.*

[narration:w6340jpk]Her guard detail had arrived back several hours before, and now Sinistra walks alone through the night towards the starport. The wake had managed to lift her spirits a little but as she draws near to her Fury Class Interceptor, she pauses as waves of sorrow wash over her.

She and Cygnus were friends, albeit occasional ones at that. But right now, she had to attend to the deaths of several people who served her faithfully and without question for years on end. Lorta was completely distraught over the deaths of Demarus, Nit and Dalek. Sinistra couldn't blame her. Lorta would never understand Sinistra's need for detachment from those around her. She always said they could die at any time and would put them in situations where they were nearly killed many times.

However, this time it was different. She didn't send them in there. They came after her and suddenly, the guilt for their fate weighs on her shoulders like a stone. She would not tell a soul, she would carry this burden alone, but it affected her nonetheless and a part of her felt like it died in that orbit with them.

Walking up the ramp to the ship, she turns and heads to her quarters, locking her door and requesting privacy as she strips off her fine clothes and jewels for a simple set of loose black tunic and pants. Curling up on a meditation dais, she closes her eyes to the waking world and embraces the depths of her despair. It is time to burn this galaxy. And the Mandos just handed her all the fuel she would ever need.[/narration:w6340jpk]

Re: Eriadu City

*I had become so excited about the prospect of a night off that I had expected far too much for it, what did I really expect? Yes, wakes normally turn out to be jolly affairs, but why did I really think I would fit in there? No one ever understood the real me, I don├óÔé¼Ôäót know why, it was not as if I was of a complex character, no, I had simple needs, I was easy to please and I never really needed for anything, so why was it that it was impossible to ever feel that I belonged anywhere.

As for that so of a bantha , Atlantis, Damn, no one had ever got under my skin in such a way before, he got so far under it I felt my head would explode with such anger and frustration, yet oddly, I could not help but like git.

Approaching the ship I climbed the ramp and moved toward my quarters passing Sinistra├óÔé¼Ôäós on the way, she was back, I could feel her, I considered approaching her to discuss my training, to discuss the evening, but thought better of it, after all, the boss was not the most approachable of characters.

Entering my quarters I stripped down and entered the refresher, I felt the need to rid myself of the dirt of the evening, I could not think what it was, but I felt dirty, tainted almost, as soon as I was finished and had had scrubbed my skin red raw, I slipped into my shirt and shorts and climbed onto my bed and emerged myself in the force feeling the need for a mental cleansing of sorts├óÔé¼┬ª*

*After Zarila is back aboard the ship, the crew seals the ramp. The preflight checks are completed and with a quiet dignity, the Fury class lifts off, rising through the pollution to clear the atmosphere, bound for the clear, deep blackness of space.*
