If i'm not mistaken, Adulph is wanting to expand his empire and desires to take over Balmorra. He has acknowledged it isn't under his control as of yet. He just wants it to be.... Which is why I'm about to go attack Balmorra once he gives me an army to RP with

Well it was abandoned from November till I posted before I spoke to Adulph/Glyn. Seems he was going to attack because it was abandoned. However...I posted on that planet before him and I spoke thus it no longer was abandoned.

You do legally own 45% of the company, but the rest is owned by Valstrol...and unless Kage comes back, Valstrol will either continue to the own the rest or have Adulph pay for it. I plan to talk to Adulph for a dual-ruler over Balmorra. So that way you still get your governorship and the Horicas still rule it with their percentage of the Balmorran Arms. Whenever Kage returns...or if he does, then when he sells the rest off, the whole planet will be given to you, Andor.

Is that a fair deal?

Oh trust me, after I learned that Kage DID in fact sell that 45%, I was fine. Cept, the problem is that it seems Kage hasn't told myself nor San a lot...so we continuously run into business problems whenever he is gone. Adulph told me that Kage will have to set this straight so that way I am no longer in the dark.

Literally, when he leaves, Val takes over those business since they are brothers. I believe the best way to make a good arrangement IC is for our characters to talk it over.

Sorry for the lack of presence in the forums guys, but I just moved back to the old homestead and there is no phone, internet, or cable there. It will still be a couple of weeks before I can get the internet up, but my Aunt is kind enough for me to use her wifi with my laptop.

I'll still be on, but it will be every couple of days instead of every single day like I was. The old house has a lot of work to be done in it, but once I get everything hooked up again things should return to normal, but as I said that will not be until the beginning of Feb.
