A Mind Lost

This is where I will be typing out my school project, so I wish for there to be no posting in this area unless you have my permission. Those who do post here will have an Infraction report filled against, no matter what. Wither it be for a smart choobies comment or spamming. The Mind of Malice (Working title)
Outline

*Malice Liddell was but a girl when she discovered Wonderland (Working name). And over the years of visiting it, she slowly began to go mad along with the very characters that she had created, making them madder. Around the age of 12, Malice was sleep walking, and was dreaming of a confrontation with Queen Valentina and set fire to the house in which she lived, killing her whole family. After psychiatric testing, it was found that Malice was slightly insane and was placed into a mental hospital for 5 years, where she took pills that didnt allow her to dream. Once she hit 17, the hospital found her fit to live on her own and let her go, with nothing from her past but a burnt stuffed rabbit and a giant mirror.*

*With no where to go, Malice is sent to her Aunt and Uncle's estate, who of which look strikingly similar to Queen Valentina and King Valastrol. Things dont strat well, for the two of them are very unforgiving people, and continue to hold Malice's families death over her, slowly drawing her back into the crazed state that she had been in before and during her time at the mental institute. In fear of the same thing happening to them, her Aunt and Uncle would lock her in her room at night.*

*As Racheal (New Name) begins to fall deeper and deeper into darkness, wonderland begins to change with her, back to the way it used to be.....during such a time that Racheal was having yet another confrontation with the Hatter of Ancients, she ended up charging at him and slamming him against a wall, but outside of her dreams, Racheal had broken down her bedroom door with her sleepwalking charge, waking her Aunt and Uncle. As she continued in her fight with the Hatter, her Uncle comes up behind her and attempts to grab her to get her to wake up, but she suddenly jumps away, thinking, within her dream, that a Heart Goblin had come up behind her. But, as she dived, she went flying down a flight of stairs within her Aunt and Uncle's mansion, causing her to hit her head and neck several times on the long way down. She was immediately sent to the hospital and was confirmed to be stable, but in a light coma, one that was expected to only last a few years and not her whole life.

That is went the final change happened.*

*As the years pass, Racheal, now trapped within wonderland with no way out, begins to grow as insane and mad as those around her, then surpassing them, leading wonderland to become a very dark and insane place, so dark in fact that several of the characters that made up Racheal's mind, began to change into something as dark or demented as she was.*

*As the metamorphosis that was once wonderland unfolds, Racheal is forced into hiding by the armies of Heart Goblins sent after her. She finds refuge within a small bottle and, after shrinking herself, she stuffs herself within it and goes out on the Sea of Wonder, which was slowly becoming a vile green color instead of the once beautiful blue that it once was. After witnessing several of the sea creatures get taken and eaten by variant species of Heart Goblins, Racheal shuts herself off by falling asleep within the bottle. Sometime later, she wakes up on the shores of the former Sea of Wonder to find that wonderland, was no longer a wonderful place.

With giant, ugly spikes coming out of the ground everywhere, Racheal attempts to find her way through the land she no longer knows.*

*As Racheal wonders about, with no weapon, three Heart Goblins on patrol of the area spot Racheal and take positions to ambush her. And as Racheal draws nearer and nearer, the Goblins are suddenly jumped by one man in a full body spandex suit. He draws two swords and cuts them down with ease. The noise catches Racheal's attention and she quickly grabs a stone by her feet and shouts asking if anybody was there, getting no response, she slowly walks over to see that there were three dead Heart Goblins there. She cautiously scans about looking for the man that, after seeing where their focus had been, saved her life. Suddenly, and without a sound, the man lands behind her and puts a knife to her throat, demanding to know who she was and why she was so far out of the queens territory. Assuming that it was Queen Valentina that he was referring to, she stomps on his foot and smashes his face with the stone still in her hand. As she posed, ready to continue the fight, the man, having quickly regained himself, commented on her stubbornness, then pulled a blow dart from his belt and shot her, putting her to sleep almost instantly.*

*The next thing Racheal knows, she is within a cell and as she glances about, realizes that she is within a castle dungeon. Truly believing the Queen Valentina was behind her kidnapping, she thought quickly. she looks to the ground and sees a knife and fork laying on a tray of already eaten food, Damn rats, she thinks to herself. She picks up the knife and fork and, after glancing about for a guard, and not seeing one for some odd reason, she begins to pick the lock, a skill that she had picked up over the years of fighting against Valentina. She quickly picked the lock and opened the gate, and as she closed the gate behind her, the back wall of the cell bursts from a lobed boulder. She quickly dodges it and begins running aimlessly through the castle halls, not recognizing any of it. She takes several stairs up, thinking that the dungeon would have been lower then the main level, but quickly found herself outside......on the castle wall, looking over hoards of Heart Goblins.....attacking the castle. Two possibilities enter Racheal's mind. Either the Heart Goblins were rebelling against Valentina, which Syngelica, the King's personal second, would never allow, or she was in some one else's castle. As she turned to head back the way she had come, she crashes face first into the chest of a knight. As she looks up, she suddenly realizes that it is the very knight that had knocked her out in the first place. As she sets herself for an attack of some sort, the Knight simply gestures for her to follow him, saying that Queen Resistenza was expecting her. She takes several moments to connect the dots and realizes that the knight has the symbol of a Knight Chess piece on his left shoulder. She nods and follows.*

*Racheal was surprised that the knight before her did not lead her to some throne room at the Castles center, but the the Castle's courtyard where all the soldiers had gathered and were listening to the Queen...who didn't wear robes or dresses, but short, revealing battle armor. She spoke to her warriors.*

[narration:2c0n27f6]As she stumbled up the greasy shore, a ghostly creature appeared beside Racheal and and began to walk next to her. Not noticing his presence as she wipped herself off with a chunck of her dress, Racheal turned and saw a disfigured, three eyed, hairless feline. Looking at his closely, Racheal suddenly raises the cloth before her and says one word.[/narration:2c0n27f6]

[narration:2c0n27f6]The feline simply rolled his right paw several times and inclined his head in a bow, saying.[/narration:2c0n27f6]

[narration:2c0n27f6]A confused and questioning look came to Racheal's face. "Had wonderland changed so much that, along with it appearence, the very character's themselves had changed as well?" she thought. As she watched the poor creature before her, she began to see a blue like hue around Xander. A small gasp escaped Racheal's lips before she asked.[/narration:2c0n27f6]

[narration:2c0n27f6]Xander nodded solemnly and said.[/narration:2c0n27f6]

[npc name=Xandercat:2c0n27f6]It is unfortunately so Racheal. But it matters not what I am currently, for once you reclaim your lost mind, you can make my right again. And that is why I am here. To help you and to guide you through this place that you once knew. A place that I have explored all of while you were at sea.[/npc:2c0n27f6]

*A tear ran down Racheal's face as she heard the news of her friend...walking up to his undead form, she set a hand on the back of his neck. Surprised that her hand did not fall through him, but met physical resistance, She went to her knees and said.*



*Before Xander could respond, Racheal hugged him, wrapping her arms around him she began to weep. It had been 5 years since she had weeped, even if this was her imagination, it felt real. Xander rose a paw to Racheal's back and patted her on the back several times in comfort.*



*Pushing her gently away and looking into her two eyes with his three, he said.*



*Fighting to regain control of herself Racheal nodded and began to wipe away the tears. Getting up, a smile came to her face.*



*Xander nodded with a wide smile on his scared and deformed face.*



*Racheal nodded with concern on her face. The queen must have been getting more and more to join under her will...Coming back to the present, she looked back to Xander and said.*



*Xander bowed and turned, walking at a quick pace. Racheal jogged up to him to catch up and began walking beside him.*

*Walking over the greasy shores of the former Sea of Wonder, now the Muddy Sea of Sticks, Racheal and Xander walked in silence for for sometime. Walking behind the large, undead cat, Racheal couldn't help but wonder what had happened to the beauty that was once her mental creation. As they passed over from the beach and into the mountains that bordered it, Racheal watched as the land got darker and darker.

With the silence beginning to spook her, Racheal asked Xander.*



*Xander looked slightly over his shoulder and looked at Racheal with two eyes, while the third continued to look ahead.*





*A wide grin came to Xander's scared and horrifying face.*



*Racheal, rose an eyebrow and asked.*



*Xander nodded and turned his head back fully towards his path.*





*She thought aloud. Queen Valentina's influence had spread far indeed to have the power to have corrupted even the, now former, Chatter Pillar. Mentally returning to reality, Racheal looked about her to see that they were now very deep into the mountains.*



*Xander kept quiet for several moments before answering.*





*Stopping, Xander, turned about and looked at her as he sat.*
