Looks like Cygnus doesn't want to pull out of Zhar, so here we go. I need your response on the defenses and fleet before the space battle commences.

Amalexia, your fleet is illegal. Only factions can use SSDs. Could you modify it please?

Zuka, I waiting for clarification on your fleet and space defenses.

Re: OOC RP Planning and Dispute Resolution

Honestly, I just built ships and defenses in bulk. So when things get destroyed or damaged I cycle through ships that were for NPC sales. As for defenses it works the same way I'll only use/fire the alotted amount, but when one goes down I use the next one built. Plus, my traffic light is orange I dont generally fight IC with other players.

Also Id like to address the orbital station issue I have. Your troops should all be in open space right now...Alarms would go off but your troops wouldnt know what they were for as they cant even access basic computer functions. Also your Sith Master and apprentices would have been dead instantly as the oxygen in their lungs, brain and tissue would have been both cyrstalized AND pulled from their bodies. Dont get me started on the B2's magnetizing their bodies LOL, LAME. I want to see in their specs that attribute. SD-10's are the only ones I can understand sticking around, but honestly they are big and bulky and I doubt a sizeable number could manage to stay onboard AND keep from getting blasted.

Re: OOC RP Planning and Dispute Resolution

Well, you're not allowed to have a "reserve fleet". It specifically says so in the natural laws. You can only use a certain amount of ships/defenses in one battle. After the battle, you can rebuild your fleet, but not during. Otherwise, fleet and defense limits are useless.

Space stations tend to alert people to the fact to the source of an alarm, such as a hull breach or a fire. In addition, the Sith knew because they felt something wrong in the Force, so they sealed the doors before they opened. The droids knew because they started slightly moving before they realized and dug in. It's a completely legimate fact that droids can magnetize. Have you read Episode III? Droidekas can magnetize, so I can't see why other droids can't either. Blasters don't impart any noticeable kinetic energy, so the only way you are going to kill any droids are to blast them to pieces. And since SD-10s have heavy, self-regenerating armor, they're not going down until the turrets are long dead.

Re: OOC RP Planning and Dispute Resolution

Eh, the magnetic droids are fishy to me those are your standard troops. Also, your not magnetizing Droidekas in this case.

Also, I highly doubt your Sith are well trained enough to hold the needed concentration to balance themselves, avoid blaster, seal doors, then reseal them. I honestly think you are down playing the entensity of being sucked out of a space station. I doubt your troops have ever been trained to handle being launched out into open space. Also would artificial gravity be off once that is done? If so, I'd say most of your troops are goneski.

As for my Viscounts...to make you happy we can just lower there sizes to that of the largest legal limit :)

Re: OOC RP Planning and Dispute Resolution

Electromagnets are fairly easy to incorporate into a droid.

As for my Sith, the only thing they're doing is using the Force to close the doors, and using their lightsabers to fuse it. Combat algorithms are easy to program into droids, and Zuka never said anything about artificial gravity.

Zuka, same thing goes with your ground troops. So could you post your fleet and troop numbers somewhere?

Re: OOC RP Planning and Dispute Resolution

You are right about the ease of installing electromagnets on droids...did you RP adding them upon building them? Or perhaps there is a article on wookiee that could shed some light? As for gravity, you would be correct...I would have handled this waaay better :)

For future reference, are X-1 Vipers classified as light or medium class vehicles?

Re: OOC RP Planning and Dispute Resolution

I found a line in that says that "The move took its toll on the ship's artificial gravity, prompting Dofine to order his OOM pilot battle droids to magnetize, lest they fall to the front of the bridge". I couldn't find a page specifically about magnetizing droids, though.

Re: OOC RP Planning and Dispute Resolution

That's a really good try, but personally Pilot Droids had specific uses and were created to be onboard star ships where staying put would be needed. I only care, because I myself have B2's :)
