Zuka, I have a problem with your productions.

Currently, you are running production lines for X-1 Vipers, SD-10s and even Bothan Grand Cruisers...those are clearly Horica-labeled products. They are shared through the Eriadu Estates and their blueprints are kept within both archives.

However, I see no posts at all about how you gained these blueprints. Bothan Grand Cruisers are exclusively owned and produced by the Horica Empire alone...thus at Bothuwai Shipyards. They are, however, shared through Eriadu Estates.

SD-10s and X-1 Vipers were once an Imperial Alliance product yes, but when the Alliance died and the planet of Balmorra was conquered by the Horica Empire...their blueprints were kept within the Horica Archives. When the Eriadu Estates was created, they were distributed to them through the Horica Empire to the E.E. archives...the only people who could have access to this were Kage, Cygnus, myself and Raven.

I need proof...legit and legal proof, Zuka on how you managed to harness products that are clearly Horica-labeled. Until I see this proof, I demand that you either pay up for all these products or dismantle them...that includes every SD-10, X-1 and Bothan Grand Cruiser made. I am not here to be a mean person, but I feel like you illegally took those from my nation without any sort of permission from myself or Cygnus.

Cygnus has always told Zuka that through Eriadu Estates all family members had stakes within the family trust. He encouraged Raven and I and Malum to utilize the businesses within the family trust.

However, if I am aware of things, Bothan Shipyards has yet to be officially used by the E.E (being the Bothan Grand Cruiser)...it is mainly used by the Horica Empire. I am curious how you got those plans.

I want to clear something up here, I was told that Zion Inc was told that it could make bothan Ships, the Bothan Grand Cruiser being one of them. I spoke to you Val about this months ago, just wanted to clear that up.

As for this situation, Yes Cygy wanted us to utilize the E.E patents and tech however when you acquire this tech you must acquire it from proper shipyards and building foundries. This is something practiced site wide now, being family you would acquire this stuff for a lesser price then others, in my case even free. I'm not tryin to jump on your back bro but its not right to go and build stuff like this, i didn't say anything about the Bothan Grand Cruisers because i am cool with you but its not the legal way to produce or acquire things.

Balmorran arms is owned by Eriadu Estates wholly. Apart from Cygnus, only Raven, Valstrol and Malum are allowed to utilise these products for the respective Empires of the Mottis and Tarkins - even then, those products are not to be sold out-side of the Family and Raven, Valstrol and Malum have a 60% discount.
This goes for all other Arms that Eriadu Estates owns or DISI, the other products are allowed to be sold out-side of the Family. That is and has always been the position, the same goes for Blastech.
E.E. does not utilise the Bothan Shipyards as E.E. has Twighlight, Foreost and the dry docks of Eriadu plus investments in the Horica Industries, which, I have to add, need to be paid (Sorosuub etc).

I am not here to be mean, Zuka. As Cygnus and Raven exampled...the only two nations that have rights to the Bothan tech are Raven and Valstrol...the E.E. hasnt utilised the Bothan ships yet and only puts investments into Horica Industries, which controls Bothuwai Shipyards.

I am more curious where you got the plans for these ships. If you just tell me...I will be more than willing to just have you dismantle them, instead of paying for them.

Note: word around the place is that the Bothan Grand Cruisers are no longer in existence since their plans were destroyed, but Raven got his plans through Phillios and Ishmael awhile ago.

Looks like you are taking over here. According to Zuka, he took the prints for the Cruisers from the Tarisian Empire. He explained it to me.

The droid patents shouldnt exsist as they were built by the Galactic Empire, so they are fair game to reproduce and sell by any and all technically.

The ships? My bad I thought we were all cool like that....guess not. How do I get included "officially" in the rights to produce?

Oh and Gyn (Cygnus) While your reading and I have your attention, Im not paying Val for droids. Also, I'm fed up with the punishment its so bad now that even Kim wants out now.

Zuka again i'm not trying to be mean here, i am just saying that you can't go around doing that, people have had Infraction reports made on them for less then this. I agree in such terms that if you were to reverse engineer a ship you should know how to create but the whills and the GRPC see it differently. I didn't mind the ships, however annoyed i was i let it go cause i know you and you aren't just some other guy. Val here is different he didn't like that you created the driods illegally. You never RP'ed stealing the blue prints, attaining them, or just plainly asked if you could make them. If you were doing this to someone else it would be a lot worse. Val is just trying to protect the interest's of his I.C company.

As for the ships i don't mind if you keep them. And as for the punishment, i think it has gone a little to far as well. Cygy we should have just left it at what you all agreed upon this is going a bit to far. Any lesser person would have declared war on you just for speaking to them the way you are speaking to these two lol

Alright...I think I know how to respond to this.

First: I did forget that you could've gotten the Bothan cruisers from Raven. I have only recently given JvS more time in the past few weeks. And college plus activities have screwed with my mind and made me forget a few things on JvS.

Second: I am suspecting that Whorica's is some sort of insult or something...so I am just going to say this: I wasn't here to bash you. I really dont deserve to be treated like that. I was here to get an explanation is all. Probably added a few words I shouldnt have...and I do regret that. But to suddenly see 25,000 SD-10 droids just made me wonder and thus made me ask. Thats all. I seriously havent bashed you at all...not even when Sigilius was killed IC...not once have I done that in a long time.

And on another note...I have been watching the whole punishment thing on Eriadu and agree with Raven. I noticed his post about the whole Brand thing...and I have to agree, step too far. I think its just high time that Zuka has learned his lesson IC and we can all just move on. Because this topic has been around for awhile...plus, I barely see Sig on anyways (Though I see him on FB alot)...so I dont think it really does matter now.

As for the droids they aren't owned by anyone but me, wookiee say they were part of the Empire... so they are free gameto do what I want with them. Especially since I Rped their creation legally.

See now I have my own faction with Tanith, but we only have Zhar and half of Khomm...and maybe Vulpter. So we are tight for income and facilities, I will just build and sell SD's instead.

As for the punishment....its taking a lot for me to not have Zuka go off on Towleh, Adulph and Cyg. lol. Honestly i was really considering seeing if any mandos would actually come after Zuka, especially since he has no beef with any of them lol. I detest Cygnus owning Zuka's life, it doesnt fit his crime. Cuz technically it was self defense LMAO. Kim and I just want to go and run our faction the way WE want it run. Shoot that woman cant decide on a damn name either! We have been going back and forth on names for our faction and she wont decide. I gave her my top 20 names lol.

Heck...I made up the name Imperial Sun Dominion when Sigilius was going to run a nation and that was fine. And the Horica Empire was the Horica Confederation before its boundaries expanded and the government was reformed. And Raven's nation was at first the Tarkin Remnant, then the Imperial Remnant...then finally the Tarisian Empire as more members came and new ideas popped up.

Just go with at least a name that can last and exemplify your nation's beginnings till more is determined and created for your nation.

Ok. Firstly, does Zuka actually in rp acknowledge that he has seriously annoyed Cygnus. I do not think so from the rp. Secondly, the terms of the punishment have already been spoken of, Towleh is just having fun at Zuka's expense in rp as Towleh is a 10 year old. Zuka's life is not wholly controlled by Cygnus, but, as part of his punishment Zuka has to be aware now of where he stands.
Cygnus and Tanith want to do business Zuka. Regarding business, Zuka had no right to construct or sell Balmorran Arms products - Cygnus bought that company in rp out-right. As a matter of courtesy I would have expected Zuka to ask Cygnus if he could construct such products and foundries and retail them.
Zion Inc. Was a DISI company that Cygnus allowed and gave 60% to Raven and kept 40% for Eriadu Estates. If there is a claim that I am being protective of Eriadu Estates and its investments, companies etc, good - because no-one else seems to be!!!
All of this, plus Sigilous, is what Cygnus is angry about and it is in Cygnus's character to have a long memory and yes, part of Zuka's punishment as was agreed, was humiliation of Zuka. Raven in rp, trialled Zuka, Zuka walked out. This is now a Family matter that will be concluded. Raven, the reason why you are there is for a proposal between Eriadu Estates, the T.E. the E.O.E (Tanith's Faction) and the Fel Empire. As explained in as part of the Zuka punishment rp, Zuka has been stripped of his station, he does not speak nor do business for the Tarkin-Motti Family. Zuka has promised to honour this on his word, he breaks this, then Bounty will be placed on him. Tanith knows this, she will be exempt from this, thus she wishes to seek Tanith's way of doing things! I concur with this.
