[quote="Prarr'ebecc'aelios":oevt3wdz][action:oevt3wdz]Meanwhile down in the city streets, The members of the Rend├àÔÇÿrs├â┬®g were leaving their previous checkpoints and moving through the city, several transport vehicles were commandeered to help speed up movement. Ice barges were commandeered to move the snipers on the roofs across the city. Meanwhile the Rend├àÔÇÿrs├â┬®g closest to the Lunak Estate were taking up positions around the place, awaiting more back up to arrive before moving in.
Malcolm looked out the side of the Király Holló as the Lunak Estate drew closer. Grant then showed Malcolm the approval documents that Langdon had sent through to his datapad. If anyone was inside that place, they would more than likely notice their approach. Malcolm would have preferred a night operation, but at least this way their prey would be easy to spot. The Király Holló banked around to the right as it passed by the front of the estate.
Enough of the Officer's had arrived as Malcolm looked back at the Mitth house Commando.... at least Langdon had given them this little protection. Malcolm then pulled out his comm link, which was linked to the Rend├àÔÇÿrs├â┬®g[/action:oevt3wdz]
[comlink:oevt3wdz]Move in now![/comlink:oevt3wdz] Malcolm
[action:oevt3wdz]A small team of 6 Rend├àÔÇÿrs├â┬®g Officers, armed with Chiss Disruptors, then rushed up to the main doors. They placed charges on the door, before moving out of the blast zone and detonated them. The Rend├àÔÇÿrs├â┬®g on the nearby rooftops armed with AFSC-1 Rifles changed over their scope view modes to better aide the Officers about to enter the building[/action:oevt3wdz][/quote:oevt3wdz]
Rebecca, I am going to require from you an IC reason for attacking the Lunak estate, especially in light of the precautions that have been taken to avoid drawing attention. I would like to remind you that OOC knowledge, no matter how inciting, cannot be used as an IC reason, and there has been absolutely zero interaction between any of your PC or NPCs and ours.
Considering that the Lunaks are an established, if unsavory house, and there have been no declarations or IC suspicions much less investigations against them presently or in the past (believe me I've been watching for it), I can determine no reason that Kyyx would be a suspicious presence on her own planet in her own home, or that the forces of Csaplar would move against her.
Making up a history of investigations post de facto would be considered very poor form on your part.
Also, per the rules of engagement that jvs developed for faction and planetary invasions, I would like to request the opportunity to respond to ANYone who is approaching the stronghold, in this case my estate, especially in a show of great force, before damaging hits are called against my property. (You really think Kyyx isn't going to notice them coming before they blow up her door?) You've also ignored the architectural design in which neither roof nor floor can be breeched as simply as you've made it (the house is set many stories above ground with a single turbolift to reach it, and the shape is domed so there's no foothold to be had on the roof), but that's because you did not consult with me and have probably not read the history describing this house in great detail, which I wouldn't have expected anyone to know to look for. There are also many defenses around the estate that had been established years ago.
But, most importantly, I am really hoping this is not going to become a faciton civil war, because I am still a current member of the CA.
For that reason, I need a clear and legitimate show of proof of not only that Csaplar has reason to suspect there is anything wrong with the Lunak house, but also that the IC laws of the Ascendancy are being followed in respect to invading an established house of a CA member without so much as a warrant or approval from the other currently active members of the CA. It once existed in 1.0 (doesn't anymore I suppose) that in order to attack or remove a member of a faction, it required the approval and cooperation of all other active members of that faction. Since I have not made any moves against the Ascendancy itself or any of its members, I'd be very put out by a faction attack.
Finally, I am disappointed that you would take such extreme and deadly actions to derail a major storyline plot point of players who are writing independently of you without consulting them ahead of time. As the Whills stated, this is still a co-op game, and even an act of war has to be done civilly.
I await your response.
