Though commonly found to be without words, the Jen'jidai was still a pivotal player in the politics of his day. Eversio was responsible for the third incarnation of the Dark Jedi Order and is one of the notable warriors who plotted, and later executed, the demise of the Warriors of the Iron Fists.[/i:udjq1aw8][/color:udjq1aw8]

[quote="Eversio":udjq1aw8][narration:udjq1aw8]Eversio exploded in the most overt display of emotion that any had seen since his start coronation as "Jen'jidai". His face was that of scorn, his brow was folded and the breathing of The Zealot was most exaggerated and subsequently heavy. The Dark Jedi Master's mind felt on fire. The flames of regret, torment, rage and fear crept up on his mind and consumed it in darkness. It was at that moment that Eversio was not a Dark Jedi Master any longer. The lose of Akulina and the constant threat of being hunted by the Order he once held dear finally led him to be lost, forever, in the darkest recesses of The Force.

The eyes that angrily gazed upon Nocturnus had turned a fiery orange and red. It was a blatant indication that the control that Eversio was once so notably regarded for, was washed away with any trace of Eversio. This was Walja Clibos before Nocturnus, this was the man behind, arguably, the most stoic being the Dark Jedi Order had even taken under its tutelage and trained in the ancient arts perfected and passed down from Xendor to Seraph and the three Dark Jedi Orders that rose and fell in their wake.

The styles of combat were also in stark contrast to one another. The fallen Eversio, now Walja Clibos, preferred a more aggressive style whilst wielding his blade, that of Shien, whilst Nocturnus was a more elegant assassin, opting with Makashi. They were both experts in their respective crafts, they both chose the styles they perfected for a reason. It was their personality brought forth in the art of wielding their blades.

In the heat of combat, Nocturnus simply smirked, confident enough in both his abilities and the shortcomings of former Brother in Arms turned prey that needed not to taunt Clibos, like he had, so many that had resisted their fates at the hands of Nocturnus before, to simply end up as a final, fragile thought in the pages of his red leather journal of death.

Clibos, himself, realized that once he had given himself over completely to the Dark Side of the Force that the voices in his head were silenced. No longer could he hear the taunting of his former Master, Ronin and this gave him the confidence, albeit a false arrogance, that he needed to believe that he would exact revenge, his own justice, on Nocturnus for making him accidentally kill Akulina, the only one with whom he had ever truly loved and now lost to the ages.

The blue saber of the fallen Eversio now Clibos and the orange blade of the clean cut and mysterious Nocturnus erupted in, what appeared to be, deadly choreography of blade and Force Powers. They seemed but evenly matched as they made their way out of the room in which Akulina lay cold and lifeless and onto the back of the small house. For such dark people, twisted actions, and perverted thoughts, the picturesque Lake Country seemed to stand in a scenic still while the creatures of the dark spectrum of the Force were at play. Their auras be damned, the planet of Naboo would not waiver in its untrammeled beauty.

Though the fallen Stoic, now Clibos, wished to say so much to Nocturnus, he could but muster only declarations of his hate, which he screamed quite loudly at Nocturnus with every swing of his blade, with every Force Push expelled from his person. Whilst it was true that Clibos hated Nocturnus, The Black Guard and the Dark Jedi Order there was something much darker, and tragic, at play. Walja Clibos hated, above all the aforementioned, himself more. The thought of how much he had done and sacrificed in the name of stability and perservance of an Order or a Vision only brought instability through war, black operation killings and paranoia. For all that the Order promised, and through all the implied promises Clibos inferred through the collection of sociopaths that he mistakingly called a "Brotherhood", were all for naught. While the system had failed them all, he had failed so miserably, in his own estimation. Clibos hated himself for that.

There came a point in the battle, after blows were traded and missteps made, that the two were without blade. They were but men fighting with fist and Force. Clibos, in a fit of rage and arrogance, overreached when he went to punch Nocturnus high in the jaw with a right hook. Nocturnus simply rolled under the extended arm of Clibos and drove him back through the door in which they had originally came.

Clibos was now on his back as Nocturnus took out a small blade from the back of his head, that held his longer hair in place and quickly drove it in the side of the fallen Eversio. Nocturnus repeated this once more before Clibos was able to knock the blade out of the hand of Nocturnus before the third stab. Nocturnus could not believe the brazen act of the prey before him that refused to go quietly into death. However, he did know that Clibos' time alive was drawing to a close and with that, Nocturnus wished to expedite the death of his once revered Brother.

Nocturnus sat up, on top of Eversio, and summoned the darkness to himself as he unleashed a truly painful spell, his hallmark Dark Art of Drain Knowledge, which allowed Nocturnus to peer into the mind of his foes in their fragile seconds before their death so that he may chronicle their last thoughts into his red leather covered journal and read back later.

Clibos grimaced in pain as he shouted. Through clinched eyes he could faintly make out Akulina's body as he remained their cold and lifeless. Her death, and his part in it, gave him the strength to turn back to Nocturnus as he crossed his arms over his own chest. It was at that moment that Nocturnus deduced that the fallen Eversio was simply getting into the traditional pose that undertakers would place the dead in and with that Nocturnus smiled and taunted his brother and commended him for readying himself for the inevitable. In Nocturnus' own mind, he had won, there was nothing that his prey could do now.

No sooner had the thought crossed his mind, that Nocturnus felt a cold blade enter into the front of his neck. Of course! He thought, but alas, thought too late. The blades from the gauntlet of Eversio. How could he had been so foolish? These questions, however, were moot, futile and irrelevant as the blade had already found fatal rest in the center of the neck of the mysterious Nocturnus. The eyes of normally clean-cut assassin went wide as the spell of Drain Knowledge abruptly ceased. Nocturnus' right gloved hand reached up at the blade at his neck as a second found its home in that hand that had reached for the neck as if to staple it there.

The eyes of Nocturnus fluttered and grew heavy. His mouth opened slightly as blood oozed from it. Nocturnus fell to his right, off of Clibos, and was dead before long. Clibos turned his head to his own left, to watch Nocturnus die there on the floor. Clibos himself was dying, in between a deceased Nocturnus and a deceased Akulina.

Clibos turned back to Akulina and slowly tried to crawl over towards her body. He made it merely a few inches in her direction, with heavy breath and tear filled eyes, for he knew two things... death was seconds away for him and he would not get to live to touch her one last time. Walja Clibos died that day, seconds after he gave up trying to crawl over to Akulina. He wanted to die with, at least, one of his arms draped over her body. He wanted to die after giving her one last kiss. He was so close to his goal but did not attain it. It was the story of their lives. It was the story of Eversio...[/narration:udjq1aw8][/quote:udjq1aw8]
