The Phoenix Imperium is claiming abandonment... We sent a probe a month ago when there hadn't been any posts in a while to see if someone would respond, which Shockwave did... but even then, it went without posts for almost a month until Shockwave was re-banned, leaving the planet vacant... so, since we've had interest in the world for quite some time now, we're moving in to take it

So, why are there people suddenly claiming to have control of city-states and armies? I suggest you back the kriff up unless you want war

I suggest you calm down sir. This planet has been inactive for nearly a month, and with the last post of claim on this board being in july of last year we figured it was pretty abandoned.

Heh... Seems you don't know how things work around here... The last post was 4 days short of a month ago, apparently Damien's been busy... You've sent no PMs inquiring as to the status of the planet or its purpose, instead just gallivanting around out of the blue and making claims... Adumar houses the HQ of the PI's Ordinators, we will not be allowing it to transfer hands... You can continue if you want, but your character will die for it

If this escalates, you will wish to kriff it hadnt. The claim is legit and stands. Defend, or kriff off. No more mister nice guy.

Yami, you and Scott need to grow a pair. Every bloody planet the PI controls that doesnt have RP for over a month gets claimed on abandonment and you two scream bloody murder. I am sick of it. RP on your planets, or you lose them. Its not a difficult concept.

Jack, if you guys havent sent anyone a PM, do so as per the rules. The defenders have 24 hours to respond.

Then the Attackers have 7 days to wait until the claim is legit.

First of all four days short of a month means the same thing as nearly a month. Second I explained that since there was no recent claims of which faction owned it, which I explained in my post, due to the fact the last person to post belonged to more then one. I made no claims. I claimed nothing be my ability to RP which is nothing to be tarnished because the rules state to have control you need a TG, which there is one, but you need to RP to maintain control which you have not sir. I'm sorry but I'm jsut following the rules. It's not what you will or will not allow IC, it's what the rules are OOC. I mean you're welcome to RP with us, but for all OOC purposes there is no ownership of this planet, and if there even is it's extremely contested.

Also my character can't die for it because he's not even in this RP... Unless you plan on metagaming you wouldn't know who or where he is...

We never threaten, we promise... Anyone so much as sneezes towards our border and we kick their asses from here to the Unknown Regions... It isn't my fault we have more planets than default members or members that suddenly disappear out of thin air, but I'll be damned if the planets we actually need are relinquished on a technicality

The rules are the rules. You two absolutely CANNOT come screaming out of the darkness when someones claims a planet on abandoment. Do it by the books. This is no IC threat. This a GRPC all the way. If you dont like the rules, go RP somewhere else

They can claim it all they want, doesn't change the fact the training HQ of our NPC Generals is located in Cartann City... word will reach Bastion of an insurrection through them

Point being that unless you have forces everywhere you wouldn't know about it because we're close to the other side of the planet from Cartann which inhabits 50% of the planet...

Oh, and the last RP, that's an easy one mister councilor, that was on the 19th of last month sir!

Feb. 19th because the PC Ordinator-in-training up and disappeared without warning... Again, we're severely lacking in members after Tanith stole half of them and Gambit deleted others... We've been trying to recruit more to avoid having to give up planets, but it's a slow process... so...

That, as you well know, is not my concern. Other RP'ers are not going to wait until you get more members. It doesnt work like that. If they do it by the rules, then you are making a huge fuss over something you cannot win, and you know this Yami. Let it go, and RP it properly instead of nemoidian and moaning

If you dont RP, then why in gods name are you complaining? If you dont RP, then there is nothing you can do really.
