Ownership of Foerost is being debated with James and Cygnus on Eriadu IC. All those that seem to be claiming the world, please hold till this is decided.

For legally, James is still the owner of Foerost and its shipyards...please hold for now till this is decided IC.

FYI I would like to reacquire a portion of the planet or at least the rights to a large military base and trading post on the planet for the purposes of securing and patrolling the Koros Trunk Line. I don't really have the forces or the interest in holding the entire planet, however. I just want to secure the entirety of Ordinii space, with no gaps in my defenses or space routes.

Plu, I would suggest you speak with Cygnus through pm. He has acquired the shipyards of Foerost by buying them from James...inlcuding all businesses that James once owned under the Imperial Remnant.

This territory, I think, Cygnus IC wishes to make neutral...since he will now control Eriadu and Foerost IC, but not the Imperial Remnant or the HSE, making it neutral.

Alright, thanks. Neutrality would fit my plans too, I'm not looking to actually expand territorially, I just want to keep my main trade and military supply routes clear of potential roadblocks.

trade will not be affected, the only block at the moment is from James.

Hi I was wondering if you would allow me to Rp as an NPC Recruiter for the Order of Twilight on this planet? Keep in mind that I am not trying to steal any of your members from your given faction, I am merely trying to add numbers to ours.

I declare that this planet is abandoned and shall now claim it.

Seeing as no posts have been made in the past 2 months and the original owner has not returned for what appears to be years now, I shall claim it that the ownership is forfeited and not contested.

However, I shall wait till tomorrow to see if this claim is contested.

I've already spoken to Gabe about getting involved in this RP as a part of Foerost's government, so I'll get to posting. I'm going to drop one in the capital first, then one in orbit (shouldn't take more than an hour to finish both), so let me pop those two out first before responding. It probably makes sense to have the initial introduction over the comm, then meet up in Hajibar for the negotiations.

I see my mistake now. I saw a post by you in Hajbar prior to mine and assumed that was part of your arrival, then just looked at it two minutes ago and realized it was made back in January. Duh, lol.
