Open Orbit

*The scout skiff Finder XI makes it's way into the system and does a routine scan. some odd power readings are detected on the surface and are reported back to command. The skiff then continues to scan for 12 hours before returning to hyperspace.*

*A single scout ship exits hyperspace in the shipping lane. After a moment it heads over to the planet, signaling orbital control, to ask permission to land. With no response for 10 minutes, the ship heads down anyways.*
