*Just moments after Xeonon Solomon made the global broadcast, prolaming the birth of the Solar Empire, there was a certain buzz that seem to spread throughout the populace here in the capital of Ravelin. In this city, people took to the streets, but it wasn't in any form of protest or defiance. In fact, the people were celebrating the return of Imperial Ideals and Standards to the system. Finally, an Empire would take root on this very planet and expand out to distant stars. Bastion would be the center of it all, the crown jewel of the Solar Empire. Exitius' own army aided the local police force to patrol the city and to root out any disloyal citizens, which was surprisingly low after the woman had been slain in front of thousands. Her death signified that the Solar Empire was here to protect the interests of this planet, but would not tolerate any disloyalty. Only a handful of rebellious citizens were rounded up and hauled off to the local jail.*
*Exitius, who was appointed Emperor of this Solar Empire, was currently within the capital building along with his companion, Victoria. His plan was to head up to the executive level within this building to 'freshen' up his appearance for when he make himself known as the Emperor of the Solar Empire. After the Sith Lord pressed the button to call the turbolift down from the very top floor of the building, he turned toward his companion and rested his back against the wall just right of the turbolift's doors. Still dressed in his attire he wore back on Nubia, Exitius looked as if he was 20 years older than his current age. Hell, he felt like it too. He tried to get some rest when he made his way to Korriban with Victoria, but there upon her ship, he spent hours trying to make sense of his feelings for her and even more time trying to shake that painful hangover.*
*Exitius had to admit, he hadn't drank like that in forever and it was going to be a while if he ever wanted to make a return to that 'nightlife' he had when he was a young recruit back on Korriban. Those days felt like lifetimes ago, but he could remember them as if they were only yesterday. A deep sigh escaped the Sith Lord's lips as he leaned his head back and rested it against the wall as well. How would he appear to the people? Surely he wasn't going to appear live on the holonet looking as if he just dragged himself out of the gutter. His chin was still covered in black facial hair while the actual hair on his head was very unkempt and nearly reaching down to the middle of his back.*
*Exitius knew he wouldn't want to appear before his people looking like this, so when he got the chance, he would shave his face and cut his hair to match what he looked like just months ago. But when Exitius thought about how the people would react to seeing thier Emperor's face, he began to think about the serious consequences that would bring. If he was to 'clean up' his apperance and appear before the entire global as the Emperor, it would ruin his ability to hide within the shadows and finally make him public to all. The idea of having his actual face out there for all to see didn't sit well within him.*
*So an idea began to formulate in Exitius' mind as he waited on the turbolift to open for him and Victoria. Because he was proficient in using the Force to alter his image, Exitius would be able to create an alter ego that would act as the face of the Empire, the de-facto head of the government. If this worked correctly, Exitius would be still able to protect his image while still acting as the Head of State. With a smirk pulling to the left corner of his lips, Zalera Seraph gazed up at Victoria after hearing the doors of the lift opening up for the both of them.*
"I got the perfect plan. Come on, I'll tell you on the way up."
