Heavily urbanized, Carratos was a planet chosen by the Fallanassi to be a place of refuge for some of their youngest initiates while they were being persecuted on Lucazec. Akanah was sent to a school in the Chofin settlement. Around this time, Carratos was subjugated by the Galactic Empire around 10 BBY. The Empire established a heavy garrison and trapped its residents with high taxes for departure. When the Empire collapsed and the garrison withdrew, Carratos spiraled into crime and became home to many pirates. Carratos was a planet in the Inner Rim Territories, roughly 40 parsecs from Coruscant.

What to expect as a new RP arrival wanting to write here

- NOE members may come and go freely with the IC transmission of the proper codes.
- If you arrive with a substantial military force, fleets or military, you will be regarded as hostile until proven otherwise
- Visiting writers welcome
- New players to the Universe welcome, unless you are jedi.
- New players will receive answers to questions OOC and RP training
- To join the story here: arrive IC in open space, and request permission to land.
