Worlport

*Tanner smiled widely.*

"Glad to hear. And I know about the droids...I am...well, I was...the Governor of this planet.....My name is Tanner. Nice to meet you....uh...Justin, was it?"

*Tanner took out a small container and took a piece of candy out, popping a few pieces in his mouth.*

"You're human, mostly...Glad to have another person out on the streets, then. No one should be afraid of these...."

*Tanner held up a hand, asking for Justin to pardon him a minute as Tanner yelled out the next phrase.*

"Rusty, outdated, scrapyard dwelling pieces of junk!"

*Tanner put his hand down.*

"Well, if they don't hear that, I'm lucky."

*Justin grins.*

Droids don't scare me. I've seen worse. At less they seem to keep to themselves.

*He looks towards the wall.*

Don't worry they don't think your worthy enough to kill.

*Tanner chuckled.*

"I'm no threat to anyone. I lead the life of a pacifist...sort of...So long as they don't start killing large numbers, I'm okay with them settling in here....Let them get comfortable..."

*Tanner rubbed his nose with his pointer finger with a wink.*

"I've got a lot of tricks up my sleeve. They don't even wear sleeves..."

*Tanner laughed.*

*On the other side of the city a group of teenage punks makes sport of a pit droid. They have already shattered the droids photo receptor when a squad of rusted B1 battle droids approaches. Without hesitation or warning they open fire on the punks killing them all before escorting the pit droid to a repair station.*

*An alarm goes off in his helmet. The ship he camein on was getting ready to leave.*

Well i wish i could stick around but i must go.

*Getting up he heads for the spaceport getting on the ship it takes off several minutes later.*

*Squads of battle droids go door to door round up healthy citizens and takeing them to the Wolport hospital. About 200 people have been rounded up in the first phase. The captives are held in makeshift stockades set up in the hospital parking lot. The droid guards standby awaiting the arrival of new medic droid.*

*The city wall is complete. The gate is heavily guarded with an outer and inner gate. The doors are hydraulically controlled and are made of solid durasteel near a meter thick. Guard towers with mounted E-WEB blasters, rocket launchers, and spotlights are spaced every twenty five meters along the full length of the wall. A dead line runs around the inside of the wall any unauthorized personnel crossing it are shot on sight.*

*Squads of battle droids go door to door rounding up the strongest of the citizens to work in the mines outside the city. All who resist beaten into submission.*

*The Core inside of the depot is linked with the computer mainframe in the Legion temple. It begins transfering its's AI and stored data there. Droids that defend this depot begin to plant explosives through out the building. Once it is finished transfering the building will explode. Transfer is 50%*

*The Stormwind sets down in Worlport, it's escorts setting down beside it. In the cockpit, the pilot stirrs. He stands and stretches, his joints creak and his bones pop. He walks away from the cockpit, stroking his shaggy black hair before putting a large floppy hat on his head and straightening the brim before walking down the gangway and onto the tarmac. He looks about and waits for thsi W1 or whoever to show up.*

*The Starfighters set down outside of the landing bay. Varick-W1 walks toward the man weapons attached to his back. The two vulture droids change into walk mode and flank him.*
"Human, where were you manufactured?"

*The man shies away, his hand falling to the slugthrower at his side.*
M-manufactured? I'm sorry?

*Varick cocks his neck slightly. His photoreceptor seems to move like a camera focusing. Obviously he did no know about his droid background.*
"Most humanoids would call it birth. We" *refering to himself and the droids around him* "are manufacted being droids. Where were you born?"

*The man places his hand on the gun at his side, ready to draw.*
I'm not quite sure... Why would I give you that information... even if I knew it.
*As he finishes speaking, his head twitches to the right and returns back to it's orginal position. The man seems not to notice it.*

*Varick knew that if the man attacked him, he would not last long. One shot from any of the Delors here would be deadly and proficent.*
"You are not in the position to be making such statements. You do not know about such a simple thing? Why would you not know?"

*The man's hand remains on his pistol, a friendly smirk spreading across his face.*
I wouldn't rightly know. I can only remember about five years back.
*Almost as if on cue, his head twitches robotically again. The man seems not to notice.*

*Varick notices the twitch. Obviously a problem, he could possibly fix it.*
"There must be a reason for this. Perhaps we could have our team of experts take a look."
*Varick computes that his suggestion may give him and his team of experts a chance to rewrite the droids objectives. Make him join the cause.*

*The man twitches once more, though not as violently and smirks, speaking softly.*
I don't mean any offence or anything, but I don't want any of your clammy droid fingers on me.

*W-1 would of chuckled if his voice processor would let him.*
"I never suggested such a thing. I have an entire city of humanoids that could be used. They do what we want."

*The man shifts uncomfortably, unsure of what to do. He had no room to barter... no wiggle room at all. He was a captive as soon as he had entered this system. Now he had only two choices, go with them and die or fight and most likely die. He decided to go with the droids, liking his chances with them a bit more. He would have time to think, time to formulate...*

Let's go then... Get this over with.
