*Anxious about the coming battle, Takwen calms himself in the knowledge that the Force is his guide. He is behind his Master in his cloak, ready.*

*The Vic star descends through the atmosphere and lands on the outskirts of Iskaayuma, doubtless causing tremendous panic in the population of the city. The destroyer Spiders begin to disembark the ship.*

Re: Iskaayuma

*If Shiar were to be honest with herself, as she rarely is, she was intimidated by the Vic Star landing near her factory. If there was one thing she would never admit, it was be to being a "lady." If there were two things she would never admit, it would be to being a "lady" and being able to be intimidated. She cut off the transmission and walked to the ramp.*

Alright boys, mount up! Let's go kick some butt and free our friends.

*The War Droids eagerly walked forward and climbed into the ship. The five lumbering machines nearly filled the cargo bay, but they did leave room for people to walk around their feet. Shiar was excited to see them move. She walked to the cockpit and started pre-flight, but also paused long enough to send a message to her factory foreman that they would be able to come back to work. He was also to hire more people to get the new line running. Preflight check done, she began to activate the ship's systems. When the engines came to life, she rubbed the console for a second.*

I missed you too, sister. Now let's do this.

*Oraltor turns back to the others.*
IC: You may want to board the ship with Shiar. I will use myself as bait and will approach by another way. You will surround the regiment with the Destroyer Spiders and will cause them to think they are outgunned.*
*The Vic Star takes off and begins to head back into orbit. Oraltor turns, mounts the Ithorian dragon and begins to ride off. As soon as he enters the jungle he lets out a mighty battle cry with his four throats.*

Re: Iskaayuma

*Shiar, satisfied that she had given enough time for people to board, activated the ship's internal commlink for however many Jedi were in her ship.*

Come up and strap into the passenger compartment.

*She then began to raise a lever, feeding power to the repulsors. The Luck of Corell left its landing gear, smooth as could be. As the landing gear raised, Shiar increased the throttle. The ship took off with a jolt of acceleration, as if the ship itself were excited to be flying. The ship went into the air and circled around to view the army of her creations that had offloaded from the Vic Star 1. Their creator had and pang of pride. She had never seen so many of them assembled at once. She was going to enjoy this.*

:: Oraltor, this is the Luck of Corell. We are in position above your 50,000 DSs. Awaiting instruction. ::

Re: Iskaayuma

*In the middle of the night, Shiar awoke suddenly, unable to sleep. She tried rolling over a few times, but could not get back to sleep. She got up, checked the cockpit and discovered nothing was out of the ordinary. She then walked down to the main cargo bay. She could hear a sudden fury of clicking, two of her personal guards turning to track the movement.*

Its just me. I can't sleep.

*Her droid creations turned back to their previous positions as her bare feet walked across the cargo bay to the medical facilities in the back. In the soft yellow light, lay her friend, the Jedi whom she refered to as "Kid." She checked the equipment to ensure that he was being sedated properly. If he awoke, his mind no better, and attacked, she would not be able to fend him off. And, her Destroyer-Spider creations would not hesitate to kill him to protect her. Regardless, she was awakened by concern for her friend. She hit a button which slid another slab from the wall. She climbed up on it, rolled on to her side, and watched the you man sleep.*

Re: Iskaayuma

*Shiar had not realized she had fallen asleep. She awoke suddenly, disturbed by... something. In a flash, she rolled off the bed and onto one knee, both blasters drawn. One quickly tracked to the medical monitor, the only source of movement she could find. The other aimed at the open door, pointing out into the darkness of the cargo bay. She breathed heavily for a moment, not sure of what had awoken her. Slowly, she stood and holstered her weapons. The Corellian woman walked up to the young man sedated before her. She stared down at his face, wondering if some how, some way...*

Kid? Rulin?

*Shiar had been awake, running scans on the factory for its first day of labor. She was there when the workers arrived to continue their work. This time, she was awake and cleary heard the voice in her head. She stepped out the door to her ship and activate the old commlink with a private, secure frequency linking her to Nadon, Ruso, and a few others.*

:: Sluggy, I'm still out of town. I'll need time to get into position, if I need to be there personally, but your DSs can do the job without me, if you can't wait. ::

Re: Iskaayuma

*If Shiar were to be perfectly honest, the Force speak was freaking her out a little. She did not like the Force. She's rather rely on herself, technology, and some good old fashioned Corellian luck.*

:: Roger, Sluggy. I'll move my forces in just north of where the river enters the city. Order your Destroyer-Spiders to meet me there. ::

*She turned to look back in the direction of the factory. A cocky, Corellian smirk crept across her face.*

:: Do I ever have a surprise for them. ::

Re: Iskaayuma

:: Rodger that. ::

*Shiar turned off the comlink and walked back into the factory, opening the main door.*

I'm taking what Gundarks you got finished. Keep working. I want to be able to present more of them to the Grand Protector to sell.

*The Rodian foreman of the factory nodded, and then went back to work. Shiar activated the 25 that had been built the previous day. They stood and looked at her.*

Ok, I'm going to get into my ship. You follow me. We got work to do.

*Shiar went out and got in the Luck of Corell and started the preflight. She looked out to see the 25 Ward droids following her, as intimidating as could be. In addition to the five she already had, these would give that son of a Sith quite a shock. She rubbed her hands together in pleasure and started the engines.*

Oh sister, are we going to have some fun.

*The Luck of Corell took of and once out of the city, started flying low over the jungle toward the rendez-vous. She tried to keep to paths to make it easier on the droids, but they knocked trees down when necessary.*

Re: Iskaayuma

*Brulax Ruso had travelled in his personal starfighter, Bronze 2, to the second most important Rodian City. Now he had tracked his quary to this warehouse. He lowered himself down the side of building by one hand, opened a window using the Force, and climbed inside. Lightsaber in hand, he avoided patrols and civilians. Again using the Force, he unlocked a door to an office and stepped in.*

You've moved up in the world.

*This Rodian was covered in tatoos, especially on his face. His headspines where naturally blue, but had been tatooed black so that only the tips were blue. Just above his sucker tips, there were implanted durasteel claws. He also had piercings in his ears, antennae, and two in his trunk. The trunkrings emerged barely above his mouth and curved downward, giving him the appearance of fangs. All this gave rise to the name for which he was known, Animal.*

*Brulax tossed the Datapad onto the desk.*
