Re: Metropolitan Area

*Stepping out onto the streets beside deadly leader of the terrorists, a man in dark green and rust brown Mandalorian armor style durasteel plates holding a P-71 repeating crossbow and a beskad slung across his back, the Mandalorian Kolf Farr looked through his buy'ce to see the other terrorists let loose on the city. Long ago, Kolf had been hired by the group to do some scouting and take out a high priority target, but since then he had stayed on as a sort of paid consultant. Walking calmly beside Gidim, Kolf spotted an old bartender coming out of one of the buildings with an old slugthrower shotgun. Bringing his crossbow to his shoulder, he fired an quarrel (an arrow) straight into the man's forehead, sending him back into his bar. Speaking through an external microphone, he said to Gidim.*

*Normally Kolf wasn't one to warn against these things, but this mission gave him an...unsettling feeling deep in his gut. He had already warned Gidim several times that day of the same feeling, but the Kwi warrior proceeded as planned. So, at the very least, Kolf was gonna stand by the leaders side and act defense.*

Re: Metropolitan Area

*Xul twists and snarls at the armored man, he was once a Mandalorian at some time. Look at him, he just sympathizes with these once Mandalorian ruled people. Pathetically weak, but he does have some wisdom. Why do I let myself listen to others. Xul twists sharply and heads toward the Stronghold and grab a fleeing young eighteen year old girl by the throat. A human would consider her very attractive, but the Kwa views it as a piece of meat. With brute strength he crushes her esophagus.*
Gah, who even are you?*Gidim looks away from the Mandalorian and spits to his right on top of the now corpse of the girl.*Follow me, the others will come once they have claimed their own prizes amongst the meat.
*I push Kelborn on the back of his right shoulder with a large amount of force, though probably would be mostly absorbed by his armor. He watches as a human male Ghost mounts a young girl right there on the street. Most people would be disgusted by the act, but Gidim Xul cares not about such things. It is the natural order of things, those that can not defend themselves deserve to be dominated over.*

Re: Metropolitan Area

*Kolf felt a cold shiver run down his spine as he saw the indecency of the man raping the woman in the street. It simply wasn't right. He cared none for the woman the Kwa leader had killed with his bare hands, at least that had been some what merciful. Kolf was a warrior and killer without question, but to torture and mutilate and rape because one could was simply...wrong. But, he was still getting paid the big bucks so he wasn't going to turn on his paycheck, so when Xul shoved his shoulder slightly, he hesitates a moment to let Xul go ahead of before he started walking as well. As they passed the rapist and his victim, Kolf silently fired two quarrels, the first into the victim, the second between the eyes of the rapist Ghost as he turned towards him.*

*In all honestly, he didn't figure Xul would care all that much at the loss of a human life, even if it was that of one of his followers, but Kolf was prepared to face the consequences anyways, knowing he could handle himself against a handful of terrorists.*

Re: Metropolitan Area

*Gidim Xul led Kolf into the Stronghold and turned to face the man. The Kwa stood at exactly two meters tall, and was no doubt taller than this Mandalorian. He crunches his fist together, his claws disappearing from view. A smokey ash colored blade explodes from the wrist and it moves up to Kolf's head with rapid precision. A cruel sharp toothy smirk crosses Xul's face and for a moment it looked like he was about to use Kolf for some meat. He deactivates the blade though and chuckles a low rumbling sound.*
Luckily I don't care for insubordination. You are paid to kill, and kill is what you do. That man was doing a brutal beastly act that allowed his defenses to be down. He died because of it. Come inside and tell me what you know about Manaan?

Re: Metropolitan Area

*Kolf didn't so much as flinch at the appearance of the smoky wrist saber that extended from the Kwa's arm, neither did he move with the taller being swiftly brought it to his face. He did, some what subtly, direct his crossbow towards Xul's knee. Then, the Terrorist leader deactivated his blade and questioned him about Manaan...and odd request. Stepping past Xul and entering the stronghold he said.*

Re: Metropolitan Area

*Gidim Xul twists and keeps walking until he reaches what looks like a throne room mixed with a conference room. A large metallic table witha Mandalorian Mythosaur insigna running the entire length of it, covering almost the entire thing. Chairs are scattered around the hall, some have cuts in them and dead bodies of what looks like Mandalorian Generals and high ranking officers lay in disarray. Some brutally mutilated, some still intact with only scorch marks showing where blaster bolts had torn through.*

*Xul leaps up on top of the conference table and walks to a throne at the far end of it. He turns to face the Mandalorian at the other end of the table and wonders what he thinks of a non-Mandalorian taking control of this planet. The once fortress world controlled by the iron fist of Malice Hingang. I have little knowledge about him other than he was a Mandalorian warlord, conquering his own little empire among the other Mandalorians.*
Good. It shouldn't be too hard to take control of and leech its resources off of. The water could be useful for something I am sure. Drowning stupid people perhaps, hmmm?

Re: Metropolitan Area

*As Xul leaped upon a long table where the bodies of dead Mandalorian generals lie, Kolf felt nothing. He had always believed that the Mandalorians never needed an Empire of their own, so one less world claimed by a crazy Mandalorian Warlord was one less he gave a pile of bantha poodoo about. He knew the civilians outside weren't Mandalorian, so their slaughter didn't faze him further then the bad taste in his mouth at the rape and torture, but these animals were only that, animals.*

*As the large Kwa spoke, Kolf walked over to the table and began searching through the General's belongings, looking to see if there was anything worth taking. As he searched he said.*

*Through his search, Kolf sighed silently to himself in disappointment, for it seemed that the generals had already been thoroughly sacked, save their armor, for if it was weak enough for them to be taken out with only a few blaster rounds each, it clearly was meant for show and not combat.*

Re: Metropolitan Area

*Gidim Xul laughs at the living Mandalorian, and he begins to wonder how much different he would look laying on the ground with his fellow men. He pushes the thought away with a smirk that would probably lack any sense for Kold Farr. He walks toward the armoured man slowly before dropping off the table and standing over the man.*
Like I said, do what you wish with what you can take. I take what I want and the weak need to find their own way to be strong. There is no charity in this galaxy, I fought for my way here. I got here because I found strength. Strength, endurance, and cunning is what makes you live in this world.

Re: Metropolitan Area

*As Xul hopped off the table and stood over him, Kolf stood his ground, not bothering to look up or step away, for his pride and reputation, what little he had built anyways, dictated him from doing otherwise. For the most part, Kolf ended up tuning out the terrorist leaders preaching, cause thats exactly what this was to a guy like Kolf, a Mandalore born Mandalorian. The Kwa was preaching to the choir and Kolf didn't much care for it.*

*Instead, he redirected the conversation towards the present and asked through the exterior microphone on his helmet.*

Re: Metropolitan Area

*Anger flares as the shoulder pad touches Gidim's shoulder. He almost wants to stab the man through his spine right now. It would only take a brief moment, but no he still has use even if it would mean no payment for him. I motion over to table and leap back upon it. I look down to the Mandalorian calmly, my fangs glisten in the dim light. I am not a pretty sight, in fact most would say outright terrifying.*
It matters not, only that you get paid. All you need to know is that the strongest will survive, and the weak will die. Thus is the way it is. Chaos is the breeding ground of strength, while harmony brings only weakness. You as a mandalorian have that entire belief in your very culture! War makes a man strong, no?

Re: Metropolitan Area

*As the larger being hopped back up onto the table and looked down upon him, Kolf felt nothing. While the being above was descriptively intimidating, Kolf knew that it was a creature of flesh and blood and could still die, and the mortal things of life did not put fear into Kolf. As Xul spoke, the Mandalorian couldn't help but find his words true, the terrorists plans here really weren't his business, only that he was paid. But he was one of the few some what hearted Mandalorians who didn't kill simply for the sake of killing, but to make a living, and so he had limits to what he would do, such as taking the lives of civilians unless to do so was an act of mercy as he had already showed.*

*In response to the large alien, Kolf nodded his helmeted head slightly and said through the external microphone on his helmet.*

Re: Metropolitan Area

*Gidim snarls at being called Mister. It was just the Mandalorian being polite but titles like that did nothing for a beast. He turns away from Kolf and waves his hand in a go away gesture. Gidim Xul drops off the table once more and heads toward the chair at the end of it. A dark hole through the back of the seat made the memory of his wrist saber pentrating through the kill the Mandalorian leader flash through his mind. A cruel smirk crosses his face before addressing Kolf.*
Go and enjoy the spoils of war. Also inform the Ghosts to prepare themselves to meet in this room one hour after sunrise, the Coldest demands it. Go with haste now, and while you are out there see if you can find any warships, big or small, that can be put to use. This is a Fortress world of a Mandalorian Warlord. There will be such things around here.
*And with that Gidim walks behind the seat and enters a room. Within the room he finds a bed, he is not accustomed to sleeping with such royal things but he feels he deserves it. Closing his eyes, he lets himself fall into a sleeping state, though something about his sleep says he is always aware. The by-product of paranoia. When he finally awakens, just in time to see the sun rise outside the fortress main entrance. There he awaits for his Frozen Ghosts, war was coming, and no one is to be unaffected.*

Re: Metropolitan Area

*Kolf simply nodded to Xul's commands and left the chamber with a chill that crawled up his spine that had nothing to do with the cold that awaited him outside. With an hour to spare, Kolf, instead of looking for warships he knew weren't here, at least none that would be functional, for if Mandalorians had indeed once occupied this world, they would either have taken all their equipment with them when they left, or sabotaged it beyond reasonable repair. Instead, he takes a speeder that apparently no long had an owner, seeing as the man was dead at its side, and sped off for the Celebratus Archives. Upon arriving, Kolf entered the building to find that it hadn't, surprisingly, been touched yet. Entering the Archives core, he accessed a control panel and got to work backing up and transmitting the entire archives data off world to any and every library and archive on the emergency response list. While he didn't care about what the Ghosts and their bloodthirsty commander did, so long as they didn't permanently set back the entire galaxy in knowledge. As the sun rise approached, he sent a recorded message to the Ghosts informing them to make for the Main Hall building to meet Xul and to inform their leader that he would be a little late to the gathering.*

Re: Metropolitan Area

*It turns out that a few hundred Ghosts had died in the last twenty-four hours. Booby traps, remnant Mandalorians, and a small uprising. Turns out a few the local gangs, and drug rings are joining in. Decides to make a mental note of getting in contact with a drug lord. They could be useful in keeping the populace dumb, if they are stupid enough to fall for it to begin with.*

*Gidim Xul stands at the top of the entrance steps to the Fortress' main entrance. His dark eyes stare over what seems to easily be ten thousand men and women. They are untrained except through the toils of war, the Frozen One notices some are wearing scavenged Mandalorian Armour, no doubt it is not Beskar for the previous owners would of taken that, but it is something. Snow begins to fall and Xul feels like he should feel the cold but he doesn't.*
Tonight! We move onto bigger and better things! This world has been vanquished and is ours! Ships are in order, we shall move forward to the next great thing. Ord Mantell!!
*Gidim Xul listens as the crowd erupts in a massive roar. Gidim raises his hand in silence before turning back to enter the fortress. Where is Kolf? He should be back by now. Shaking his head he activates a console which raises the Hydrian Way and most notably the planet of Ord Mantell. It would be worth to have in our hands, and Kolf will finally have his petty pay.*
