That isn't cheap, you know.
The only difference between Iris and Normal mode is that you get to start with a weapon in normal. And might be able to take a hit.
For example, there are certain situations that I expect will mean "instant death". While I'm no cheater, I'm a master of suspense, and make the wrong choice or wrong action, and you might "instantly die".
For example. Walking into hallway, only to find the next room has no air, and your sucked into the vacuum and die.
Or... Your head suddenly comes off because you tried to wrestle with a certain blue eyed glowing monster. And that monster decides to simple rip your head off clean. It can happen.
That wouldn't happen to anyone on normal mode. Basically, I would write something on how "death is near" but it's up to the character to write if he dies or not. Iris moders might not be so lucky all the time.
