Welcome to the Imperial Remnant Oujou, I suppose we'll group you in with our mercenary corps. You're general responsibilities will be leading squadrons of, you guessed it, mercenary starfighters to raid and wreak havoc either before our invasions or to distract our enemies.
Welcome back Tien! We'd love to have you with us back in the Deep Core and when we gain the resources and RPers we will definitely send reinforcements to Thule.

Ladies and gentlemen, RPers of the Imperial Remnant here is our current history and plans... As you all kow the major Imperial Factions are now gone... so we are all acknowledging that IC the Fel Emperor was killed with a majority of Fel Empire forces in a war with the Yuuzhan Vong in the Unknown Regions. The other empires have fallen under a combination of external pressure from other factions and warlordism as the Imperial structure falls apart.
I'd like to thank Mr. Moore who will, I hope, be playing a major part in a short little SL as an example of lost faith in the Empire and rampant warlordism. Being an ex-imperial he will probably be summoned back and refuse, a subsequent SL will be a small force trying to ascertain his position and eventually Moore will escape to become a warlord, pirate or rogue... To answer your question mr. Moore at this time we are uncertain and unconcerned with the return of the P.I. and when they become more established and actually get going we will parlay with them OOC and IC to establish our relationship either as allies or enemies.
The Imperial Remnant, the officers, soldiers, citizens and politicians loyal to the Imperial ideaology have fallen back to the Imperial Fortress worlds in Deep Core.
At the moment we all need to Role Play the Imperial Remnant... therefore we cannot and WILL NOT be a powerhouse at the moment. We will not be an all powerful faction that conquers neighboring planets. No, we are WEAK at this moment and need to maintain this state of slow, but steady growth in order to keep our cause interesting. We all know how boring it is to play a "powerhouse" empire, it's boring and gets old fast. We will remain plagued by low numbers of ships and soldiers etc.
We will be slowly but surely changing the Empire's core ideaology, first and foremost we have extended the hand of friendship and have peacefully annexed the Shipyard world of Foerest into the Empire via negotiations and mutual gain. This is a major step in the right direction and under the command of Governor (soon to be Moff) Daniel Moon we enter into a glorious alliance.

Here are our current worlds and their significance...
Aargau: Is our capitol, the heart and soul of the Empire. It is a massive and industrious banking world that will serve us as the treasury and coffers to fund the Empire's growth. At the moment the planetary defenses (144 orbital defense turbolasers and 3 anti-orbital canons) must be RP'd repaired and repositioned. The planet is also home to Solomon's Mines which provides the metal resources for the Imperial war machine as soon as we have factories to create them.
Khomm: This planet is a priority target for the Imperial Remnant, located in the Deep Core, it possesses a small garrison loyal to us. However we must make a stronger military presence there and bring it fully into the fold... It's 144 orbital turbolaser grid and 3 anti-orbital canons have been neglected and will have to repaired and brought back to full power. The Garrison must be strengthened etc. The planet's most important feature comes in the advanced Khommite cloning facilities which we can use to grow clone soldiers to rebuild the shattered imperial army.
Foerest: This world is soon to become the center of the Imperial Naval war machine, with it's impressive shipyards, it will churn out new naval vessels to strengthen our weakened fleet status. Thanks to our negotiations they have been peacefully annxed and will remain under the leadership of Governor Moon who will decide to either keep Foerest's autonomy as a vassal state or become fully integrated into the Empire. Sure to be good RP there!
Other past Fel Empire worlds that we will have to formally reconquer due to warlordism and weak military etc. are Ojom, Aaghra and Eclipse.
Mrykr: This planet should be the source of our next RP. The Ysalamri lizards are native to this planet and if we steal several we can place them at the Khommite cloning facilities and substantially decrease the time it takes for our new armies to grow. I suggest that we launch a diversionary assault using mercenary and imperial forces to distract the mandos while hired smugglers swoop in on their super fast ships and grab us some of those trees. We will of course talk to th mando leaders and see if they would like to work something out with us.

The use of mercenaries in the Empire: I think to both promote RP across the site and to help the Imperial Remnant we must follow the example of Warlord Zsinji and create a mercanry corps. that we can rely on for raids, diversionary assaults and all manner of shenanigans. Not only can they bolster our depleted forces but they will also be able to distract our enemies.
Recruitment: Military officers, Security guards for dignitaries (Imperial Royal Guards), spies, politicians (Moffs to rule planets), grey jedi (Imperial Knights), medical staff, anyone good at RPing ship construction, businessmen.... really we're open to anyone of any profession and will work to fit you into our stories
