Re: Hsskhor

*The generals suddenly felt themselves being sucked up by the tractor beam. About 11 had been taken up in the beam, another 3 were currently caught under the debris of the building. Their status was unknown. The trandoshans had taken the full brunt of the barrage, but the one of the generals was down, a shot had caught him in the leg above the knee. It had burned into his flesh down to the bone, only his beskar and augments had saved it.*

*As he shouted in his comm, 6 of the generals took aim at the enemies in the tractor beam and fired with their rifles. An intact basilisk wing swooped away from the action and dove towards the generals being tractored up. 9 of them went down to just below them, while the 10th flew up and into the tractor beam. Now being sucked up in the beam, it fired 2 missiles towards the tractorbeam generator. Not only would they fly at an incredible speed decreasing the Sithspit chance, the basilisk fired it's energized shots straight into the generator for further damage. But when it was hit, as was expected, 2 replacement basilisks flew in and fired their own missiles and rounds into it.*

*The "Widowmaker and "Reaper's Way" continue to fire their megamasers and heavy turbolasers into the city...by now most of the central areas should be vaporized and engulfed in flame. The enemy war machines would be falling apart from the large barrages of fire. The light megamasers and light turbolasers continue to fire open the war hawks and basilisks...

Hull damage on the Widowmaker is now at 7 percent, Reaper's Way at 5. This is the result from the aerial war machines attacks*
[narration:2ndlxub6]On the bridge of the SV50, Captain Orpheus watches in horror as the seen unfolds.[/narration:2ndlxub6] "Bring them up now!" [narration:2ndlxub6]He shouted to the bridge crew![/narration:2ndlxub6] "Bring the other Tractor beams up, I want wide spread, all those damned Mandos on the ground, I want them picked up and floating towards us now!"
[narration:2ndlxub6]The Tractor beams activate and begin to pull bodies, debris, cars and other objects not bolted down towards the SV50. The increased angle of the Tractor beams should be enough to snatch up the Mando generals and Imperial Forces.[/narration:2ndlxub6]

"Sir, enemy air craft are assaulting our landing ships! coming in fast!" [narration:2ndlxub6]Shouted an officer as he tracked a number of blips quickly aproaching.[/narration:2ndlxub6]

"Order all landing ships back into space, get them out of the way!" [narration:2ndlxub6]ordered Orpheus. The Landing ships began to flee back to space, however some were not fast enough over 15 Sentinels were destroyed and the attack still raged.[/narration:2ndlxub6] "I want anti-aricraft fire now! Fire the turbolasers towards the buildings. Any building with a weapon signature rating within a block is to be glassed, I don't give a damn if it is a blaster pistol!"
[narration:2ndlxub6][u:2ndlxub6][i:2ndlxub6][b:2ndlxub6]The Turbolaser batteries dutifully followed their orders and the bombardment at close range began, massive bolts of enemergy the size of apartment buildings fell towards the buildings in which the snipers and flamethrowers and all manner of enemy troops were encamped. Hell and fire reigned down on the betrayers. As eneny artillery positions came online they were met with a wall of fire as missile tubes launched seeker missiles, Kochev and MILE missiles would rip through any armor and cause destruction on an unparraled scale on the enemy DEMONS. But the command ship was not done... The ship began to rotate to target the largest group of MMPS and though it took a few moments they were soon in range. The world itself shuddered as the ship fired it's mass driver round at the enemy missile silos.[/b:2ndlxub6][/i:2ndlxub6][/u:2ndlxub6].

The enemy attack dropped the SV50's shield to 70% mainly due to mass driver rounds and turbolasers. The SV50 had activated it's 220-SIG Tactical Sensor Jamming Device which made it extrememly difficult for any of the missile to gain a lock, however enough of the 20,000 impacted on the powerful shields to cause damage.

The Basilisks that landed on the ship would be destroyed due to the Particle shields...

As the guns roared the Imperial Delegation, the Imperial Royal Guards were levitated to safety, they shot up towards the ships as enemy laser fire destroyed the ground upon which they were just standing. The Imperial Knights, though choked were also raised to safety. Furthermore they began to summon the force to protect themselves with force absorb.[/narration:2ndlxub6][/quote:2ndlxub6]
[action:2ndlxub6]With the attack on the fleet guarding the orbital position complete, the two squads of Werlaara[/url:2ndlxub6] bombers begin a careful descent into the atmosphere, heading for the SV50 command ship that seems to be the spearhead of the assault on Trandosha. With careful consideration of speed and angle of descent to avoid giving away telltale heat blooms or vapour trails, the stealth bombers, basically invisible, make their way down towards the SV50's position.

Once they reach an altitude of 500m above the command ship, the twenty four bombers each release six heavy proton bombs from above the midline of the ship. The bombs would fall over the top surface of the ship, with more than enough firepower to obliterate it entirely, even with shields. Just thirty or fourty of the bombs would be enough to overload the shields and reduce the hull to melted slag, with a hundred and fourty four, the SV50 was about to become a very expensive meteorite.

As the ordnance is released, the bombers peel away, taking evasive action to avoid any counter-battery fire once the bombs are detected. The pilots know their craft are nigh invisible, the bombs are most certainly not. However, they are heavy, and falling from a height of 500m, they wouldn't take long to impact.[/action:2ndlxub6]

[narration:2ndlxub6]The craft were the closest thing to holes in space that existed. They could not be detected in the Force, thanks to the Ysalamir creatures inside each bomber, and the gravitic amplitude modulator each craft carried made detecting their mass or movement difficult, designed to defeat a CGT, while the stygium cloaking device rendered them invisible to the naked eye and to basic sensors. The pilots hoped that the SV50's attention was on its bombardment and that it wouldn't be watching from above until it was too late.[/narration:2ndlxub6][/quote:2ndlxub6]

*The Chiss star destroyers pick up the explosions coming from the SVD50 and target any aircraft arounf the ship with light turbolasers and light megamasers, while continuing to slag the city with heavy turbolasers and heavy megamasers.

At this point, aerial bombardment from the Chiss Destroyers would have turned almost everything within firing range into slag*

*The city is destroyed.

Entire blocks are gone. Not destroyed, turned to rubble, on fire. They are gone.

And the army has taken massive casualties. 40 of the 50 battalions are dead or mia. The rest are escaping in all directions any way they can. The rest of the vehicles are now dying or dead. Monsters and behemoths litter the city, the massive remains the only signs the Mandalorians were once here.*

*The "Widow Maker" and "Reaper's Way" hulk forward above the charred remains of the city. Firing upon anything that comes up on their scanner...this destruction would be used as a sign. Turn on the Empire, and you shall be punished.

Annihilator squadrons continue to control the air and Warlords continue bombing settlements across the terrain.*

*The Captain aboard the "Widow Maker" laughs lightly. The Mandos were a resilient race, no matter how many times people have tried to exterminate them...they always came back. If only they would come to their senses and join the Empire. It was no matter if the Mandos were able to retake Trandosha. For the message was clear to many of the powers throughout the galaxy. That the mandalorian empire was growing weak and could be taken*

:: This was just another proving point for you mando scum. Your time is coming to close ::

*The Captain gives the orders to head to the darkside of the planet and pull out...soon the sd's were gone*

*Tomax didn't bother to get a good look at the destruction around him.
He did however keep a good look out for gun emplacements hidden in the chaos of the rubble.*

*Those people died.
It wasn't his problem, anyone he knew, or anything he could do about it, so he detached himself from it, it only being a distraction.*

:: You know these enemies. Will they have hit the orbital scanners to keep us in the dark to ships in space? That and do you think they are monitoring our position right now? ::

*Tomax kept his hands ready at the controls for evasive maneuvers just in case.*
*Orbital bombardment was likely, fighters, less so, but still a possibility.*

:: If they are not stupid then they would have hit spaceports immediately. If not, then we might be able to find some kind of leftover ship that didn't leave in the mass panic to escape. ::

*Tomax lurched his Basilisk down groundways.

Pulling up at the last second, he yanked his droid around corners, over debris and wrecked speeders and more.*

*Then, he found it.*

:: Over here. Close on my position. I found a starport. It looks shot, but some of it is still standing. There's still some good holes in it though. I think the ship tasked with it's bombardment got destroyed before it could finish, or ran. Heh, it probably reported the job done to its superiors after anyway. Lucky for us. ::

*Tomax pulls up and yanks the droid above the dome shaped massive starport and hovers over one of the massive holes in the top of the dome where a tubolaser had shot.*

Re: Hsskhor

*Wedge set down as well. Getting off he let the droid on stand by mode, and then proceeded to walk towards the hole. His first instinct was to look for survivors, but that's the thing: there weren't any.

It was all nothing but fires, dust, ash and debris. But he couldn't let it get to him. He was a Mandalorian damnit. He had to remain strong. So with a heavy heart, he hooked up a line to the edge of the hole, checked his weight on it, than began to repel down.*

Re: Hsskhor

*Watching the man repel down slowly, Tomax didn't have the patience for that, and soon shoved the control yoke for the droid down.

The machine mount lurched into the massive turbolaser hole.
Tomax's stomach shoved into his chest.

Slowing down as he got to the less damaged levels, he looked about in the hangar bay at any ships that might not be completely destroyed.

He soon found one.
He moved the droid mount towards it.*

*It was a Firespray-31-class patrol and attack craft.
He did want one of those...*

*Coming closer it seemed to be of standard issue and a little crispy from the heat and pressure change of the turbolaser cutting though the layers of the hanger like a powerful evaporating nail.

Regardless, he hovered just above the ground, not wanting the basilisk's weight to drop any unstable platforms beneath, and circled the ship slowly, looking for possible damage that would keep it from space travel.*
