OOC RP Planning and Dispute Resolution

I just realized I failed to mention it in my post, but I am aware that the Vivisection is angled to fire upon the dorsal side of the Praetorite Command. I only made mention in this post that the stern was exposed, but I acknowledge that her top side is exposed as well. I would edit that in somewhere, but I gotta bounce right now.

Can someone tell me if the Verpine are open for business? I'd like to buy some weapons and armour from them. And could someone tell me if there is a player to whom I should be speaking about this transaction?
