6-Hoth: Rebel Bunker

**The combatants find themselves in a bunker on Hoth during the Imperial invasion, secluded from the main invading force. Spartan decorations make it a straightforward duel...until the Imperials destroy the power generators as a part of the invasion (30 posts) and all of a sudden the bunker comes out of lockdown, exposing the duelists to the freezing cold of the planet's surface.**

*Xeonon walked through the halls of the fabled Echo Base the sounds and echos of the Imperial Invasion could still be heard if one listened close enough. Scorch marks and frozen bodies could still be seen on the walls, turning the corner something strange happened. The dark dismal shadows and ruined halls of the base changed; now they looked brand new. Thats when the walls and roof shook, some of the snow and ice fell to the ground as the Imperial invasion happened above.* What the... *The rest of what he said was cut off as a second explosion rocked the entire being and Xeonon stumbled into a large room filled computer terminals and wires.

He did not care why the gods had decided to send him back in time to this pivotal point in universal history, but what he cared for was how would he get out of here and eventually back home. Thankfully the room was empty he did not want to change the way things were, and seeing a man dressed in blood red Imperial Knight armour dressed for war might just do that. The ceiling rattled again as the battle raged above him causing his lightsaber, and .48 caliber pistol to rattle in their holsters. Walking into the center of the room he also checked his Imperial Repeater finding it still operational he felt the strap tug on the Blaster buster on his chest. It appeared that he would have to wait until the attack was over in order to leave as the room was only accessible by a few doors that no doubt would lead to bad things.*

*He was sitting on a box, leaning on his knees, dressed head to toe in black, a white featureless mask on his face. He held one of his lightsabers in his hands, contemplating the make and finish, turning it over in his hands....He looked up at Xeo as the other man entered the hanger and chuckled. He spoke then, his eyes pits of darkness behind the mask, his voices weird and echoy*

"So....you figure if I waited for Vader to show up, and stabbed him in the face, I could change the history of the galaxy? You know I am a fledgling dark sider somewhere in this time? Kinda kriff."

*He pushed himself to his feet, his saber igniting as he stood, the black blade casting a strange glow, his long coat flapping behind him*

"Whelp.....Lets do it. Before I get bored"

*As he finished, his left hand shot up and a wicked Force Crush was executed. He focused it on the mans Pelvis, wasting no time in pissing about.......*

*Perhaps this was why he had been sent back in time, to kill a guy who was debating on killing Vader. The implications of such could be catastrophic if time was fixed and linear and not a . Going off the assumption that it was in fact linear well this guy needed to be stopped.* If you did that then you could end up kriff things up so I would suggest ag- *Je seemed to have his words being cut off a lot these days, which slightly pissed him off. However at the moment he did not think about that, but rather the fact that he could feel an immense pressure on his hips.

Figuring that it was a crush from the obviously skilled force user Xeonon; who also was well versed in the move knew he had to get out of it less lose his hips and mobility. So he jumped to his right to one of the computer consoles to break the line of sight that Dace had on Xeonons hips. Hitting the ground with a roll Xeonon shifted the straps on the so the weapon was ready to fire at the not very Jedi like version on Dace.

Completing his roll he would pop up from behind the bleeping computer terminal and fire a concentrated burst of the metalic bolts towards his opponent. On the off chance that his attacker was acttually able to continue his attack without having to see Xeonon, this would hopefully break his concentration.*

*He had a pretty good idea of what Xeo was going to do. Its similar to what he would do. Break line of site, therefore breaking the crush. He grined, and waited, holding the crush as tight as he could. He was pretty amazed the other man had it in him to jump, and adjusted accordingly. As soon as Xeo's feet left the ground, Daceniquitous dropped the crush, pulled his arm back, then pistoned it forward, launching a Force Push at the man in mid air, so that he had nothing to brace himself on....

His pulled his left arm down, and his second saber slapped into his open palm, and he was on the move. He leaped the distance, coming down within 6 feet of where he hoped the other man would, in theory, land, his sabers at the ready, left held low, the right held mid height....*

*Thank the gods that the near crippling pain in his pelvis had ended, but with that ending came a new pain. He could feel his entire body get shoved no doubt by a force push mid jump, as he flew through the air Xeonon twisted his body so that he was in the upright position. Placing his feet on the ground they skidded over the ice trying to gain purchase on the slippery ground but they could not so he he continued back until he slammed into the wall. Falling to a knee the breath was stolen from his lungs, despite the pain he stood up his face a mask of anger.

Finally breathing in just as Dace lands 5 feet away from him he reached for his own blade. With the familiar snap hiss the silver blade came to life the tip in the ice melting it. He waited there, unmoving, Dace would have to come at him for this time go farther.*

*His feet touched down, Xeonon lit his Saber, and Daceniquitous leaped into action once more. He pushed off with his right foot, moving forward like a landslide, closing the 5 feet in mere seconds.

He sliced his blades across, the right one high at face level, going from Xeo' left to right, his left blade low at waist level, going from Xeo's right to left. His right leg was forward slightly, his anchor point, his left leg back slightly, a balance point, on the balls of his foot.....Hie eyes were black and seemed dead...*

*Damn he was fast, but Xeonon was just as if not faster than the his would be opponent. Moving both of his arms to intercept the incoming blades, his right hand, going low to intercept the blade hoping to bisect him. While his left hand went up to catch the blade coming to his neck. As each blade hit his gauntleted forearms they would shut off for anywhere from seven seconds to several minutes depending on their craftsmanship. As each blade hammered down on them Xeonon could feel each one give just a little bit as the metal dented into his forearms.

Hopefully with the lightsabers temporarily out of commission Xeonon looked into the dead black eyes of Dace and made his own weapons. With the blade in his right hand Xeonon swept it in from Daces left side towards the mans knee in hopes to sever his legs from his body.*

*Just as Iniquitous right blade was about to touch Xeo's left gauntlet, the blade winked out on its own, blazing to lif on the other side of the mans blocking forearm, directly in the path of the mans face. His left blade also blinked off, then on again on the other side of the block. He had been not only anticipating such a move, but hoping on it......*

*kriff Trakata man.

Although he had put a lot of weight on it not happening looks like it was going down that way, but really what did he expect when he was fighting one of the most renown duelists in the galaxy. He was now trapped between a rock and a hard spot, he goes left decapitation, right bisection. So he did what any insane man would do at that moment, he ducked his head down. Which brought that blade over his head and he continued through with his swing altering it so that he would go up from the knees to the opposite shoulder. If he would have time to finish he did not know as he felt the blade at his midsection hit his armour. It held out for a few seconds as the blade fought to cut through the phrik weave in it, but eventually it would cut through it.

Ultimately it was a hope against hope that he could strike the old man before his armour gave or he adjusted his upper saber. It was there in that moment that when all hope was lost that well he resorted to the force, albeit unknowingly. The pain was so intense, the shock, anger, fear and desperation welled up inside of him and Xeonon exhaled a terrible yell. The noise was unlike any other for it triggered shock waves through the force that would damage body and mind. However that was not all it did, the yell was a physical embodiment of pain and anger and the physical aspect was as if a long continuous force push hit you. The ground around him shattered throwing up small and big chunks of ice that flew in all directions. The computer banks further behind him sparked and sputtered before exploding into destruction. The noise was so intense that in addition to the physical damage it was as if someone was shouting into your ear with a megaphone. He gave into the pain he felt stemming from his side as the blade eventually did reach his flesh, his ego, literally everything.

The attack was devastating to everything within a few feet of the scream* AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH *As the scream continued and more and more ice began to splinter and break away it struck Xeonon that this room would be his tomb, but the real question was would it be his enemies.*

*Xeo Ducked, his left blade slammed into the armour, and Xeo's saber connected with Daceniquitous left knee......

At the exact moment the saber hit flash, Iniquitous rotated his right saber hand, flipping the hilt into reverse grip, and stabbing straight down and dragging his saber backwards, effectively attempting to jam his saber into the other mans neck, and slice his body in half in a rather gruesome fashion.........

As Xeo's saber connected with Iniquitous leg, his eyes opened wide at the sudden burning pain, and he immediately reacted by yanking his left arm back the opposite direction, attempting to get two things done. One: Push the mans weapon away from his own flesh, and two: Cut through the other mans arm at mid bicep.........*

*Hearing the blade turn over head Xeonon assumed that the "sharp" end of the saber was gonna come down upon his neck or something similar, and with his eyes saw the other blade coming to cut off his arm. He needed some space from this man. As such he called off from his attack, pivoting around on his left foot Xeonon turned spun in a clockwise motion his own blade going over his head to protect his previously exposed neck, while the one that was meant to take off his arm glanced off his armour melting it away to the skin blistering it. With his blade in between the two that previously were about to hit kill him.

Still at a close range to Dace, Xeonon snapped his blade over to his right where a power conduit was, and slashed through it standing up in the process. Plunging the room into darkness except the glow from the silver and black sabers it did not bother him due to the cybernetic eyes and simply switched to the heat vision version on them. At the same time that he was swinging to cut off the main power conduit he pulled out his .48 Caliber pistol from his chest and leveled it at Dace firing off two big bore shots at the hulking man before turning off his saber to plunge his body in darkness.*

*Whipping his right blade back into normal position, he snapped it out and across in front of him as Xeo pivoted, after their sabers met in sparks, having pulled his arm close to his own body, hoping to score a line across the other mans back. HIs left saber went dark, falling to the ground with a clank, as his left hand came out, palm open, a blast of Lightning erupting from his hand directly at the center mass of Xeo, just as the mans saber sent the power coupler into sparks. He grit his teeth. Tha much lightning in such a quick motion was grating on the body. But he was pissed now.....How DARE this man not die when he was supposed to....*

*Normally Xeonon would be wearing a cape made of armour weave this time though he had left it on his couch, and as such the mans blade struck Xeonons armour the phrik filaments stopping the blade from causing any damage to Xeonon. The armour on the other hand, now had a small slash in it weakening the armour around it.

NO. kriff you and kriff your lightning too. Just as the power coupler was cut to the room, causing it to go dark the lightning struck Xeonon. The pain of it would have been intense had his body not reacted it coursed through his body literally everywhere as it tried to find an escape to his body and Xeonon had the perfect escape. Opening his mind to the electricity he willed it to become one with him he absorbed it into his cells. Although the force had all but taken from him he had eventually relearned to use the force. He let it flow into his body becoming him, felt himself filling up every fiber of his being felt like it was being torn apart and put back together at the same time. He felt strong, he felt alive and more importantly he felt better than he had in ages.

However the longer he held onto the energy burning inside him the more it turned from a wonderful feeling, to that of a terrible feeling, just as his hand reached for the gun he changed what it was doing. Seeing Dace there he focused on the mans neck he turned the closed fist into an open palm. Most people where into crushing someone, not Xeonon he had taken to the opposite. Force Rent. Releasing the pent up energy infusing it with some of his own he tried to rip open the side of his neck. In his mind he invisioned it as a man biting down on his neck ripping out the carotid artery. His blade still snapped off, plunging him into the darkness hoping to get some distance between him and his opponent. He hoped that this man would die now so he could find his way back home.*

*Absorb was tricky.....as was trying to rip out a throat in the semi dark using the force while being electrocuted....He didnt let up on the barrage of lighting, smashing at Xeo with the energy of the Dark Side....He brought his right arm back, and whipped his saber end over end at the mans face, as hard as he could. This was designed to do 2 things. One, distract. The second, he hoped it would slam point first into his face.....

He stepped forward, his right hand now joining his left in the barrage of lightning. Xeo wanted to absorb? Ok....He would let him. LEts see how much the other man could take........*
