Archived Scan Requests

I know this is usually not done, but, I would like to set a precedent for Platinum planets, and request a scan for to ensure we are still keeping the standards up. The TG entry is a little out of date, but there is a whole new TG entry in the works, to be submitted in the next week or two. It is just getting a -major- overhaul, and it is taking more time than first anticipated.

Scan request for

Storylines are all going well, all the threads are used regularly and to a good standard. The planet is busy (well as busy as one can expect considering site activity these days), and everyone is getting on great guns, and with good plans for RP going forwards. I'd personally like to see the hard work everyone has put in over the last 6-12 months rewarded with some recognition, but then I am biased!

* Please note (I'm not sure if it necessarily has any bearing, but just in case) that Corr's room in the Fett Homestead has not been used in a while, but not archived. Zauriel knows the reasons for this (or should) but if clarification is needed, please PM me and I will fill you in.

Scan request for

Some great stories being developed here, with many epic tales being formulated going forward. Everyone gets on well and newcomers are handled properly. The Nightsister guidelines/rules (as seen in the Citadel) have put a great structure in place and any new members know exactly what is expected of them. There are a number of underused threads, I know, but many of them are either due to be used, or are canon places (and I'm not sure what the consensus is on archiving those etc). Considering the volume of threads and forums on the planet, I think overall it gets good use, and is written at a good standard befitting an upgrade to Gold.

I've got reservations about whether this is, at present, an acceptable or plausible outcome for the planet, despite it being deserved for the good work that is put in there, so if we fail to achieve it this time round, it will be good to get the feedback as to what needs changing/improving/archiving, in order to see this great planet upgraded to a more befitting badge.

What does CD have to do with Honoghr?? We have nothing to do with them, although they are excellent writers....just curious....

Reason: The writers of Yavin IV have been working incredibly hard to push our RP there to new levels, to use of as many of the varied interesting environments present as much and as frequently as possible, and to incorporate as many new comers and new storylines and new ideas as we can into what we are doing. I'd love to see that work rewarded with the honour of being named one of JvS' top RP locations.

Therefore, as soon as the TG has been cleared and updated, or along with it, (awaiting approval; located ), I wish to submit Yavin's candidacy as a Platinum world.

Reason: Now that RP is beginning to regularly take place on the planet, and full length and well thought out storylines have (and are) being produced, I would love to see the current status of Nubia's badge color now that I have brought it out of a complete abandonment and complete uselessness.
