NOE history lesson
the CoE was founded by Admiral Jack Harbid: one of the captains that served under Thrawn.
it was later that we changed our name to NOE. Its all already been Rped out. or rather, the back story already exists.
we'll compete for the distinction as thrawn's legacy as well.

Awesome! I should get the whole story on that sometime, so I don't step on your toes, or create needless or unintended IC offense. My plans were mostly to try to duplicate what Thrawn did, and not so much to actually claim to be his legacy, since Plu doesn't have many legitimate connections to base that on. We would honor and respect Thrawn's legacy, and name things for him, but I see my effort more aimed at filling the void he left behind in the Unknown Regions than actually restoring Thrawn's empire.

Plu's legacy is mostly derived from the Infinite Empire, from the private empires that the JvS 1.0 Mercenary Alliance built, and from a clan of Mandalorians of my invention (the Ordinii) that was almost completely exterminated by the Yuuzhan Vong.

But none of this is going to happen for probably at least a month, anyways. Too busy, lol.
