- Both IC and OOC training.
- Please post in Orbit for IC permission before entering planet.
- OOC PM will be sent upon arrival informing you of current and near future SLs/RP

Other Pertinent Info

- Wayland is governed by the Kandosii Clan.
- Anyone wishing to invade the planet must PM a planetary controller at least 72 hours before invasion. The invasion will be discussed and fleet allowances set.
- The use of OOC on the planet's boards is prohibited, please use PMs. If caught doing so, you will be asked to leave, any further abuse and you will be reported.
- If a conflict must require OOC discussion, please use the designated planetary OOC and Dispute Resolution Form located just above the Planetary Guide Entry thread.
- The Kandosii Writing Team is open to new characters and SLs so feel free to PM us should you wish to RP here and we can surely fit you in.
