Frozen in Chains

*Unsure of what else to do, Terra followed him to the ship and quietly did as she was instructed. An uneasy feeling came over her every time she looked at him though, and she wondered what he wasn't telling her. Still shivering from the cold, she sat down on one of the chairs, trying to work up the courage to ask him for a change of clothes. Her prison outfit was still bacta soaked and bloodstained.*

*Ex looked at her as he sat down in the passengers chair. He motioned towards a compartment that carried spare clothes. They were not anything special. They were street clothes used by Ex to keep his cronies in line by playing surprise visits to them.*

You look cold, get those clothes.

*He faded out into a daze.*

*Terra waited until he had fallen asleep before grabbing some of the clothes from the compartment and going into a small room on the ship to change. Once she had finished, she stayed in the room, waiting and wondering why she felt so uneasy around him.*

*Ex woke out of his daze.

He looked around and looked at her.*

Well, do you need anymore help?

*He got up and went to a cabinet that contained stitches as he stitched up a gash that had been bleeding since the little escapade.*

*Terra looked up at him as he approached, that uneasy feeling rising in her as she shook her head. She had no idea what was causing it, and more and more she just wanted to be back to Corellia, away from him and the frozen world of Hoth.

Looking down at the floor, she quietly spoke.*"C-can you take me home?"

*Ex sighed.*

Yes, I can. But where is home?

*He got into the pilots seat and sat down as he pretended to be fiddling with the navigation computer.*

Also, what do you have to offer as payment?

*Ex had figured it would be best to ask. Even, if he tortured her, he could still make something off of it. It wouldn't be a total loss.*

"P-payment?"

*Terra had nothing on her, even these clothes were borrowed. She hadn't been carrying any credits with her before leaving Corellia, and she certainly did have anything now. What was he expecting from her as payment anyway? Unless she came up with something, he might not take her home. There had to be something...*

"I don't have anything..."

kriff it then, lets get out of here. I dont want to be here when the NOE sends out a investigation party if they do that. They might not care or they might. I am technically, here, without their permission.

*He looked at her.*

Still, where to?

*He looked around and caught the sight of his destroyed complex or one of them. Somewhere else was another complex, unharmed and not told of what happened here. Hopefully the ship was flyable.*

*Terra wondered if he was really going to take her back to Corellia if she asked. She noticed that uneasy feeling she got whenever she looked at him was getting stronger, as if something was warning her about him. She just couldn't find a reason why, as she didn't remember meeting him before now. Something was wrong...*

"C-Corellia..."

*He pulled the ship into Orbit. Silently acknowledging her question. But, he did not speak, the drugs were taking affect. Maybe it was not a good idea, but he had no other choice.*

We will be there in a few something, cant tell time.

*His mind raced as he put it on autopilot and sat down and then laid his head down.*

kriff are everywhere. Get these jawas out! kriff!!

*He was seeing hallucinations and they were Jawas of all alien creatures. Poor rodder did not know what he was in for. And, maybe Terra did not know either. He would continue arguing with the hallucinatory jawas.*

*When the ship went into hyperspace, Terra simply went into another room, not wanting to be around this man any more than necessary. The fact that he was arguing with Jawas, and there were definitely no Jawas, made her feel even more uneasy around him. Hopefully he wouldn't follow her, as she just wanted to be left alone...*

Oh you wise guy eh? kriff off Jawa!!

*He quickly ran towards the cargo bay. And continued to yell.*

Pigs!! kriff!!! Get out of my ship! Don't steal that!

*The scene would continue on as Ex ran down one side of the ship to the cargo bay and back. Every so often he would yell out to them. He would insult them but he didn't do anything to harm then. Maybe his mind was registering and maybe it was not. Still he had to yell at the Jawas,*

kriff!! PIGS!!! kriff YOU JAWAS!!!

*Terra hid in the small room on the ship, listening as the man ranted and raved at things that could not possibly be there. She wondered just what he had taken to get himself into such a state, and decided to stay put and stay quiet. Hopefully if she stayed out of sight, he wouldn't direct any of that ranting on her.*

*Ex found his way into her room but he looked at her and then went away. He continued to rant and rave as the computer steered them ever closer and closer to Corellia. He would argue some more and more. Now he was in the cargo room.*

Oh you little kriff! Get out of this ship!

*He spat at the hallucinations.*

Get out!! JAWAS!!!

*Terra recoiled as the man burst into the room, but thankfully she was spared his wrath. She quickly closed the door as he left and waited to see when they would make it to Corellia. She wanted to be off of this ship as soon as possible.*

*The navigation computer chimed after a few hours as they had made it to their destination. By now, Ex had stopped hallucinating and was a bit calm.*

*He talked loudly over the intercom forgetting where he was at after the long trip.*
Umm, this is the captain speaking...ummm... we are here?

*Terra hesitantly walked out of the room she had been hiding in and into the cockpit, greeting by the welcome sight of Corellia appearing in the viewport. Exhaling a sight of relief, she waited for him to bring them down to the surface.*"C-Corellia..."

I dont know, the ship says it is.

*He brought the ship down onto the planet. His eyes raced as he began to suffer from withdrawl. He snorted a small line of crystalized spice and then he was gone again.*

I guess this is goodbye. Want some drugs for the road?

*Terra shook her head, and bolted for the boarding ramp as it was lowered, getting herself off of the ship as fast as she could without making it look like she was running from him. As soon as she was on solid ground, she took off running, not wanting to be around him any longer.*

*Ex took off from the planet as he yelled more and more at hallucinations of Jawas as his drugs took affect. He made his way to Hoth again. The following could be heard all the way back.*

kriff!! PIGS!!! Get off my ship, JAWAS!!! Get your stinking hands off of that! JAWA!! Get out!!! STOP!
