OOC: Dude i said i came in behind you meaning I came in behind you and then i targeted you ships and fired how you can miss all my fire is impossible. even if you moved i still targeted you and fired. You Posted your move before my move so technically i would know you where there I would be able to see you move to the top of the planet before i jumped in because i was still in the system.

When you left I moved my fleet to a high orbital position. Now, a high orbital position was written to express how high in the atmosphere the fleet was...not to be mistaken that I couldnt still get below you. Your fleet jumped in behind where I "WAS" and formed a bowl formation to surround me. So, first! You are in the wrong place to surround me. Second, that means that when you fired you missed because I moved positions. So when you jumped in and activated the jammers and interdictor fields my fleet was already pointed in your direction, so I simply went lower and beneath you...and fired at your ships.

No i said i jumped in Behind you. you may have been in orbit and facing me but i came in behind you as to pinning you between the planet and me. you may have moved but i jumped in and targeted you. I wouldn't have just shot at nothing that is nonsense. You may be facing me now but still i moved into an attack you have to call damage..

How could you just do a blind jump like that? There were no probes left to tell you where I moved? The only intel you had of my fleets last position was when you left. Now, Ill remind you, you posted the two ships leaving the system. Then when you returned you said they only went to some near by moons.

Also, this makes you look really bad. You come and attack, then you object, then you leave while we are trying to solve to issue? This tells me that you didnt truely have time to complete this engagement. Now, when you return I will be gone because its Saturday night and I have a life. Do you see how unfair you actions are? You are forcing me to keep my fleet here because we cant do anything until this is resolved....wonderful...thank you sooo much.

As for me coming in blind. How easily you forget i never picked up my men that are in orbit. I just said my Capital ships left never said anything about them picking up the men. As for leaving yes i left the planets system to the moon come to the moon. Several moon are registered as separate systems.

Sorry i had to eat supper i can't really dictate when my parents tell me to eat. Also i posted and it took you some time to respond. If you want i will disengage until we can settle this. I am available all nite. Since that won't work i am willing to set up a time to RP this out.

How about this I will accept damage, but my position remains as it is right now? I can rp for another hour or so. THEN ITS PARTY TIME lol.
