*The Chaff Family Defense Fleet moves into the Orbital Repair Stations, one by one they are assessed by the Chiss engineers that work here. They are impressed by the Hapan's workmanship, and instantly set to breaking the ships down in the typical Chiss fashion. Soon this fleet will be upgraded to the level that the Chiss require for anything to reach this part of space. Technological superiority is key, and it has been the same for millenniums.*
