Ok, I have a major issue. I can't get my RP really going well until I have a personal account set up, but for some reason I can't start a new topic in the "Personal Accounts" forum to create an account. There is no "New Topic" button or anything. How do I create a personal account?

You problem, most likely, is that you have not successfully joined the JvS RPers Guild. In order to access most of the goodies the Councils offer, you must first be accepted in the Guild.

NPC sales are tied to your business, not to any particular planet. It's assumed that those sales are coming from all across the galaxy. So that's a no.

One questions, if you conquer a planet with a canon business HQ on there. Like for MC and its shipyard. Does that mean the previous owner of that shipyard lost its business to the new victor conqueror?

Unless the previous owner is militarily guarding the shipyard or otherwise maintaining control, yes. You would need to actually RP taking control of the business before you could claim it through the Business Registration Office, however.

Just thought I would post on behalf of those of us in the new EoE who have recently resettled here and ask perhaps if there was a councilor or something who could help advise us to get up and running (a little many rules to be all taking in at once; have you guys thought about making a step-by-step guide for newcomers to the intricacies of JvsS 1.5?). We're still deciding exactly what we are doing storywise but this is kind of a heads up that there will likely be a glut of requests coming at some point. Ultimately I think the aim will be to have hardcore businesses in enough numbers to allow us to RP freely however we want without having people scream that we wouldn't be able to afford this or that, ya know? Even via PM would be good.
