In orbit the "White Raven" takes up position above the capital city in a geosynchronous orbit. Admiral Salvatori is usually on the bridge, or in his quarters, while Commodore Jenkins prefers to wander the ship as it was originally her ship. She prefers to know her crew and be one of them rather than just any old officer. Captains Antos, Armstrong, and Bradley have at least eight fighters from their combined squadrons on patrol at all times, and they do their best to keep their pilots in shape and well trained. Around the "White Raven" crews check their gear, and keep it well maintained. Once a month they do simulated war games with the "Mistweaver".
Commodore Weaver takes these games seriously as together the "Mistweaver" and the "White Raven" comprise of the Task Force's heaviest firepower. They need to be able to push their ships to their maximum limit in any battle. She has Captains Nguyen and Roth keep her informed on their respective squadrons, and any problems within. She also has her junior officers make daily reports so she knows all that goes on aboard her ship. At least four fighters from the ship are on patrol at all times, while the "Mistweaver" sits above the Chandril Ravens base.
The "Concrete Waves" and "Senate Fire" maintain a patrol around the system at all times, only stopping to be resupplied or replaced. Captains Faller and Flaherety spend time together engaging in mock simulations aboard each others respective ships. Both carry detachments of Rangers so they often do infantry simulations. Their mission is to simply recon the system providing any data changes back to Borelias.
The "Blackback" and the "Brionelle" are stationed around Borelias's Northern Pole. Stationed there as mobile support then can execute missions anywhere on the planet in under four hours. Captain Bracken has senior command over the minor force, including the ships Company of Rangers.
Likewise around the South Pole the "Canna Omonda" and the "Mon Mothma" keep watch. Captains Wikert and Britton maintain their ships like partners due to their close relationship. Best friends they encourage their crews to engage in friendly competition on the ships Intra-Link. Captain Britton has senior command although she trusts Captain Wikert explicitly.
The "Sa'hot" meanwhile rests in the shadow of the "White Raven", protected not only by her guns and fighter squadrons, but by her own, including at least four on patrol at any time. Captain Frost ensures her ship is run correctly and that all medical holds are secure and stocked in case of emergencies. She lends doctors and medical teams down to the surface, each team rotating out for a month long tour. Captain Rush maintains the fighter squadron aboard and pushes her pilots every hour of the day. They know they have the most prestigious job in their task force, protecting the medical frigate.
At least Two Battalions are set to deploy at any one time, including the Rangers stationed aboard ships as Marines. The Second and Third Battalions usually get tapped for these respective missions, ensuring that the missions get accomplished. Smaller detachments are often taken from the First Battalion as well, in case of long term contracts or missions. The Fourth Battalion is securely entrenched on Borelias. Colonels Sanchez and Sampson look to incorporate more space trained Marines into their regiments.
