Re: Above the Planet
Well, things might get a bit interesting then, I suppose that'll be due to the renowned Falleen pheromones. Fortunately, I have ways of filtering the air I breath. Alright, well if they're expecting you, we shouldn't keep them waiting.
*I power up the sublight engines and set a course for the planet Falleen. Then I check the shields and weapons systems, the palace wasn't in lock down for nothing. Finding everything satisfactory, I rise and head back towards the the ladder and climb down it, I call back up the hatch way to Veral, before continuing down the corridor to my room.*
It'll be about an hour and half before we arrive at the palace, be ready to roll in an hour. The local populace might not be real pleased with our arrival.
*Non-Com enters his room and walks over to an aquarium running the length of one wall, and scoops some of the algae off the top of the water, and mushed it together breaking up the clumps of single celled organisms. Then he spread the moist paste over each nostril and along his lips. As it dried it would become rubbery, and stretch if he opened his mouth just enough for him to talk, though the speech would be garbled. The algae would filter the air he breathed better than most air scrubbers, though it would only work so long as the algae was alive, usually about 4 hours on temperate worlds, though regular application of water could extend their life to almost 6 hours.*
