it doesnt matter owner ship isnt transfered ask the creators yourself they said that ownership wont be transfered and it was on a claiming basis only just like fleets will not be transfered

*The BCC yacht lands at Yavvitri spaceport. A small delegation disembarks and heads for the garrison building of the CDDC.*

*A CDDC official meets the delegation and leads them to the CDDC garrison.*

*A pair of w-165 Planetary Turbolasers, a v-150 Planet Defender and a DSS-02 shield generator are installed around the spaceport.*

*Crews run systems checks on the shield and cannons, making sure everything is in working order in case of attack. Recruiters are also sent out to the Yagai settlements to form a planetary militia that will be armed by the shipyards.*

*56,000 citizens are sent to the Jabiimi Academy for training along with 50 Force-sensitives.

*The spaceport's defenses are checked again, and the spaceport itself is inspected. The facilities are found to be in perfect shape except for an insect infestation in a small cafe in the southwest sector. The insects(and owners) are killed and the cafe is put under new management.*
