Lounge

*The lounge was a designated area where staff and groups of students could relax between lessons and objectives, if they so chose. There were a few recliners, bean bag chairs, and toys for the younger crowd to practice the Force on. Snacks and drinks were offered via vending machines, as well.*

*Aerandir entered the lounge, alone, and saw the back of a familiar beanied head sitting in one of the recliners. Smirking, he approached and slapped the back of Bix's head, who reacted, grabbing at his crown, and looked around for the cause of the disturbance, then, upon seeing Aerandir, relaxed.*

*Aerandir walked on, grabbed an energy drink from the machine, and plopped down in a recliner near Bix's position. He unscrewed the lid, took a drink, then looked at Bix.*

*Bix raised an eyebrow.*


*Bix just stared at Aerandir, wide-eyed. Aerandir laughed at the expression, throwing his head back. He looked at Bix again.*
I thought you might take it that way.


*Bix chuckled at how easily Aerandir predicted the rest of his sentence.*


*He looked to the side, towards the windows.*
He's a different man. Even has a completely new lightsaber, hilt and blade. It's purple.

*Bix leaned forward as Aerandir looked over to him. Bix had an eyebrow raised.*

*Aerandir chuckled. He held up his hand and his lightsaber slapped into his palm.*



*He thumbed the activation switch and the black-bladed beam flashed into existence. Bix simply stared at it, impressed.*
... the stygium crystal within gives it a completely different color.



*He noticed the stares the other occupants of the lounge were giving the blade. He deactivated the lightsaber and lowered his arm, clipping the lightsaber to his belt.*


*Both of them chuckled. Aerandir grabbed the handle of the recliner and pulled it, leaning back and raising the footrest.*


*He leaned back in the chair himself.*

*Aerandir laughed.*


*He laid his head to the side and closed his eyes. Aerandir leaned his head back and closed his own eyes, not to rest, but to think.*

*Aerandir opened his eyes. Someone dark had come to the planet and masked their presence with a false light side aura. He seemed to be looking for Fenrir... He sat up.*

*He sighed, deciding to go check on the guests in the hangar. He leaned forward and pushed the lever of the recliner forward, stood, and exited the lounge, kicking Bix's leg in jest on the way. Bix stuck up his ring finger at Aerandir, causing him to laugh on his way out.*

*Linn walked into the lounge and took a seat in an over sized arm chair then waited for the others to join her. She looked around as she sat there remembering the last time she was in the building - during the plague. Her and Davus fought side by side killing the infected, along with the Calmcacil's. She was with Ramiel at the time but she could not stop thinking about Jace. She smiled to herself as she thought about when she found Jace bloody and broken locked in the room with a couple of his soldiers. Although it broke her heart to see him in a such a state she had never been so happy to see his face looking up at her. Her thoughts continued to trail off as the others joined her in the room.*

*Atuna enters the lounge, accompanied by Aerandir and Myriana from the library.*

*Upon entering the lounge, Aerandir laughs to see Bix still asleep in the armchair. For the moment, he ignores him; he'd probably wake up soon, anyway. He grabbed a soft drink from the machine, then nodded to it and the coffee machines on the counter.*
Help yourself, if you care for some.
*He took a seat and waited for the others to show.*

*Myri comes into the room and sits between Atuna and master Aerandir, trying to be quiet so she can figure out what's going on.*

*Davus enters the lounge after he had retrieved a small pouch of datachips and a larger datapad then his belt PDA. He pulled up a chair, moving it closer to the group but not near enough. He sat next to Aerandir, setting down his datapad and the pouch on the coffee table in front of everyone. He opened the pouch and pulled out a few datachips, scattering them on the coffee table examining a few then popped one into the datapad. Davus called up a report on Khomm and a map file attached to it with two area's circled. He tapped it and handed the pad with the file on its screen and the map minimized in a corner. He tapped it as he handed it to Aerandir,* "Here is one of the targets I'm thinking about hitting. Cloning facility or the mining facility. They may not be directly linked with the Black Star but I know for a fact they may be taken over by them or even restricted to Black Star business only... I know for a fact by shipping records that the mining is Black Star which include a stockpile of resources there also. The cloning files are rather hard to slice into and grab some info but we will get into it eventually... Anyway, I'm still debating on which one, we may be able to nab both if we can split effectively."

*Aerandir watched intently as Davus arranged the chips and such on the table, then, as the datapad was handed to him, he listened intently, peering at the datapad. Davus was attacking Black Star targets? It was a bold move, and he approved: Ever since he learned what he learned about Decieus' order, he had been ever more strongly opposed to that Sith order than any other order in the galaxy.

One thing concerned him, though. He raised his eyebrows as he looked at Davus.*
And you're asking me, because... ? I'm afraid I know little-to-nothing on Khomm. In fact, it was only until now I learned it was Black Star-controlled. I mean, believe me, I'd love to see the Black Star order completely eradicated due to...
*He paused, sighed, took a drink of his soda, and continued his thought as he looked away.*

*Bix was oddly still snoozing in the other recliner, back towards the entrance.*

*Davus shrugged and tapped the datapad to cycle through the report and then to the map and then repeat it.* You were one of the only other real tactical people I met during the Plague wars, someone who rivaled even my tactics... Just want you too take a look at it and tell me what you think, or other targets you think... Maybe the space port? I don't know... I'm going to try and minimize civilian casualties as best I can, and I can't go after the actual Citadel because that would be crawling with the entire planets garrison...

*Aerandir was immune to the praise├óÔé¼ÔÇØafter all, he only planned what needed to be done├óÔé¼ÔÇØbut he considered the schematics and Davus' "minimalizing civilian casualties." He frowned for a moment, considering the options. He then hummed uncomfortably.*
Hmm... Resources seem most important...
*He looked at Davus again.*
Do you mean to take the entire world or just run off with their mining and/or cloning resources?

[*]Raises his hand while sitting down in a chair[*]
Ummm.....what exactly is going on?

*Davus shook his head, tapping the map on the pad to pull up the mining facility.*I don't mean to run off with anything, I am going to destroy it so they can never use it again or at least delay their progress on the development. If I went for the cloning facility, it would take the ma while to get more vats up, plus the building in addition to re-gathering DNA files if they don't have them backed up already... The mining facility would pretty much be caved in on its self, also taking out the resources caches and equipment. I would estimate it would take about the same amount of explosives for both, just time variations...*Davus turned his head to Kaiser.*Planning an objective on a planetary facility... Rather important ones or at least ones that would require time to rebuild..."

He reached up and straightened his beanie, stroked the small bit of brown beard on his chin, and set his hands on his knees. After looking around at the group, he settled his gaze on Aerandir.[/action:3txqkq3f]

Well, if it were up for me, I'd set priority on the mining. Kill their resources. As for taking a spaceport... Seems too risky. Securing a landing zone seems more efficient.

So.....Will this objective require some explosives,firepower,you know...BOOM!

*Davus grunted as the man commented on the starport, muttering under his breath.*"Not trying to take the bloody port.. Tryign to blow it up...*Davus then tapped the pad and closed down that report and map and took it back as he looked through the datachips on the table a bit more, thinking of what to discuss next. Davus stopped looking through the chips and turned and raised an eyebrow to Aerandir curiously.*"You wouldn't happen to have a construction facility would you? I have a few ideas for some new weapons that would work well in the hands of some general infantry units... Among other things..."*Davus turned to Kaiser, tapping his own helmet on the table that he had already taken off, thinking.*"I have enough people that can do explosives and enough explosives to level a small city..."

*Aerandir shook his head at the spaceport comment, not sure how he had misunderstood, but whatever. As for the next question...*
We have a weapons manufacturing facility inside the bunker, used exclusively for Belkadan's troops, but I could reserve a portion of it for specific needs...
*"Like that MA5C I never got to mass-producing," he thought.*

Well I have some Missle launchers in my ship,the Anti-tank kind,and my brother wouldnt mind helping either.He's just as trained as I am.

*Davus thought for a moment, picking at his bear stubble, his face turning into a scowl in thought.*"Well, for one I have a new idea for a type of ammunition... It is basically a dart that is fired with tibanna gas, detonating on impact or if the tip is breached, for example by a lightsaber. Using the force it would be nearly indifferent from a tibanna blaster bolt, like the DC-15's... Anyway, it would work well against force users since it would detonate if it is blocked by a lightsaber... Would increase general infantries effectiveness anyway... Plus I have a schematic for a mobile suit of armor, mechanized... Like a walker but a lot more versatile and person driven... In space and ground flight and movements plus a turbo laser rifle along with it..."*Davus turned to Kaiser and shrugged.*No clue how well you are trained, especially in special operations... I would not like to take you on this one, but maybe if you would like to show us some of your stuff later then you might be able to work with us. Not that you would want to hang out with my team since your going to be very busy training with Linn...
