Need commanders

Alright, gonna cut to the chase. Putting a team together. Need someone or someones who can command a fleet, ground forces, or both, in the name of me. I dont have the slightest idea of what pay would be, but free dental! Also, there is a good chance for violence in the near future for those that apply.
