Trouble logging in

Apologies if im posting this in the wrong place, but couldnt find where to submit this.

A friend is having trouble logging it, the site says he's online, yet he can't stay logged in. He enters the details, then it logs him out immediately, he cannot post or get messages.

I am looking into this. It doesn't show him online on the site. Has he tried closing the browser completely and signing on once more?

I'll ask the other Whills too.

It shows him offline at the moment, but will when he tries to log in.

He's done a complete pc shutdown too, and thats not worked.

Just asked him to try again.

And the information he is entering is correct, yes? Meaning, his user name and password

Yes, all information is correct, just simply says "You are already logged in" when he isnt.

He can log in on his phone, but not through his pc.

id suggest clearing the cookies and cache and then trying it.
ive had the same problem in the past and it seems to clear the problem up.

Apparently cache and board cookies have been cleared, hasn't helped

Then tell him he's lame with no class!

I tried re-setting his password. Hopefully that might help. If not, I haven't the slightest idea as to why it's doing that to him.

LOL! Had asked if he'd eaten the cookies instead of clearing them... either way, its still not letting him, and its not easy writing rps on a phone! I know I've tried! ;)

If it does not work from there, Ander might not have the cookies enabled on his browser or they are blocked. Either way, they are not retaining the information from his last session on site.

Ok, he's had to dissapear for dinner, but we'll continue to try. I'll inform him of the cookie monster

I also brought the issue to the attention of the Whill Council but I think there is little else that can be done on our side. However, they are notified about it.
